Abstract:
This research aims to create the decision-making criteria for selecting a service provider for an automated questionnaire response system and to identify the most suitable provider, using a plastic pellet manufacturing plant as a case study. The study begins with a literature review and interviews with 4 experts to establish the decision-making criteria. The criteria are then validated using the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) and refined through the Delphi Technique in 3 rounds, resulting in 6 criteria and 12 sub- criteria. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to assess the importance of these criteria, with data collected from 3 experts within the case study company. The results indicate that security is the most critical criterion, with a weight of 0.43, followed by work quality at 0.26 and service providers technical capabilities at 0.12. Furthermore, a comparison of three service providers reveals that Company Z ranks the highest, scoring 0.38, with key strengths in system security, innovation, and modern technology. Company X follows with a score of 0.36, and Company Y ranks third with a score of 0.26, respectively.
