Problems and guidelines for the management of parcel work of vocational colleges in Pathumthani province under the office of vocational education commission
Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate problems and guidelines for the parcel management of vocational colleges in Pathumthani Province under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. The study dealt with the parcel work in vocational colleges in Pathumthani Province were 30 the Directors, the Deputy Directors, the Head of the Parcel Affairs, the Assistant Head of the Parcel Affairs, the parcel officers and the persons assigned to do the parcel affairs. The instruments were questionnaire and interview form from 5 key informants. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The results of this study showed that:
1. Problems in the parcel work management of the vocational colleges in Pathum Thani Province in overall and each aspect were at a high level.
2. Guidelines for the parcel work management of the vocational colleges in Pathum Thani Province under the Office of Vocational Education Commission are as follows; In terms of parcel planning there must be a meeting to talk about the details, control and monitor those who dealt with the procurement. For the supply provision, those who were assigned to do the parcel affairs must be controlled. They must write all of the details about the procured parcels clearly. Personnel training must be created frequently. For the parcel disbursement, time to get the parcels must be set and the quantity of the parcels must be checked before the disbursement. For the parcel control, the storage and the disbursement must be controlled and kept up-to-date. For the parcel maintenance, budget use must be planned in order to maintain the parcels and up-to-date preparation of maintenance information must be done. For the parcel distribution, clarification meeting to determine the guidelines for the yearly check and the distribution must be correct according to government regulations.
