Abstract:
The research aimed to 1) study the teachers' motivation, 2) study the organization commitment of teachers, and 3) study a relationship between work motivation and the organization of teachers. The samples were 361 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 obtained by simple random sampling and used Krejcie; & Morgan Table. The tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with an IOC = 0.8-1, a reliability 0.974. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.

The motivation of the teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, motivation factors was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at the high level by 3 orders of the descending were the responsibility, the success in work, and a job description. The hygiene factors in overall and in each aspect were at a high level, the 3 orders of the descending: the relationship with the colleagues, the policy and the organization management, and the condition of work and the payment and welfare. The teachers' motivation and the organization commitment were at a high level overall and there was statistically significant at .01 level. Over all, the orders of descending were the highest relationship of the teachers' work motivation towards the organization with the strongest desire to be part of the organization the confidence and commitment and the organization value and the lowest relationship, the willingness and effort to work for the organization respectively.
