Abstract:
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the level of academic leadership of school administrators in Klaeng district; under the office of Klaeng primary educational service area 2, and 2) to compare the academic leadership of school administrators in Klaeng district under the office Rayong primary educational service area 2, classified by their working experience, educational level, and school size. the sample group consisted of 267 teachers, by calculating the sample size from Taro Yamane's formula and then a simple random sampling was used to obtain the required number. the instrument used was a questionnaire. data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test, and f test.
the research found that
1. academic leadership of school administrators in klaeng district under the office of Klaeng primary educational service area 2, the overall and each aspect were at a high level.
2. academic leadership of school administrators in Klaeng district under the office of Rayong primary educational service area 2 according to their working experience, education level, and school size, showed significant differences overall at the .05 level.
