Abstract:
The purposes of this thesis were 1) to establish and evaluate the effectiveness of guidance activities based on Bahusacca to develop Thai language learning skill of Grade 2 Students, Wat Mathai School, Chanthaburi Province, 2) to compare Thai language learning skill before and after using guidance activities based on Bahusacca of Grade 2 Students, Wat Mathai School, Chanthaburi Province, 3) to analyze persistence of learning Thai Language subject of Grade 2 Students, Wat Mathai School, Chanthaburi Province after using guidance activities based on Bahusacca. This mixed methods reaserch were qualitative and quantitative research, which were more comprehensive and clearer. Key informants were 6 teachers of Wat Mathai School, Chanthaburi Province, have taught Grade 2 Students. Target Population were 24 Grade 2 Students in academic year 2020 selected at non-random. The research tools were 1) interview to teachers on Thai language learning skill, 2) test to develop Thai Language learning skill by using guidance activities based on Bahusacca and 3) guidance activities based on Bahusacca. The statistical data analysis tools such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation, statistical hypothesis t-test.
Research findings were as follow:
1) The series of guidance activities based on Bahusacca were effective educational innovation. Structured set of activities conformed to objectives and definition used in this research. The guidance activities based on Bahusacca need to be evaluated by research advisor, research instruments experts and certified for research ethics with the various range of issues.
2) Before using guidance activities based on Bahusacca, Grade 2 Students, Wat Mathai School, Chanthaburi Province in overall, Thai language learning skill were rated at medium level (X̅=3.44, S.D.=0.40). After using guidance activities based on Bahusacca, Grade 2 Students, Wat Mathai School, Chanthaburi Province in overall, Thai language learning skill were rated at high level (X̅=3.87, S.D.=0.30). When comparing Thai language learning skill found that the skill level was increased with a significance level of 0.05
3) The result of analyzing on persistence of learning Thai Language subject of Grade 2 Students, Wat Mathai School, Chanthaburi Province in overall showed that Thai language learning skill at high level (X̅= 3.88, S.D.=0.24). When comparing after using guidance activities based on Bahusacca (X̅=3.87, S.D.=0.30). The finding found that overall analysis of learning persistence on Thai language learning skill was not different.
