Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงานของครู 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความสุขในการทำงานของครู และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงาน ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการ วิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ขอนแก่น เขต 5 ปี การศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 320 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะ เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 เท่ากับ 0.944 และความสุขในการทำงานของครู เท่ากับ 0.949 สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwise เพื่อดูตัวแปรที่มีนัยสำคัญ และนำ ค่าสถิติที่ได้ไปสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ 3 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความสุขในการทำงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ขอนแก่น เขต 5 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ศึกษากับความสุขในการทำงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกใน ระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงาน ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 ได้แก่ การคิดริเริ่ม สร้างสรรค์ (x5) การกำหนดทิศทาง (x3) การทำงานร่วมกัน (x) และการสื่อสาร (x2) ตามลำดับ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.801 สามารถพยากรณ์ความสุขในการทำงานของ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 ได้ร้อยละ 63.70 อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และสามารถสร้างสมการในการพยากรณ์ และสมการถดถอยในรูป คะแนนดิบ คือ hat Y = 0.962 + 0.361(x_{5}) + 0.17(x_{3}) + 0.145(x_{a}) + 0.083(x_{2}) และในรูปคะแนน มาตรฐาน คือ Z = 0.47(x_{5}) + 0.199(x_{3}) + 0.191(x_{4}) + 0.116(x_{2})

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the 21st century Leadership of school administrators, 2) study the happiness at work of school personnel, 3) study the relationship between the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century and the happiness at work of school personnel, and 4) study the relationship between 21st century Leadership of school administrators affects happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5. The sample used in this research was a group of 320 school administrators and teachers under the under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 in academic year 2023. The research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire regarding the 21st century skills of school administrators with a confidence level of 0.944, and happiness at work of school personnel with a confidence level of 0.949. The statistics used for analysis data were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Multiple Regression Regression Analysis using Stepwise for identify the level of significance the predictive power. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The 21st century Leadership of school administrators under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 was at the high level. 2) The happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 was at the high level. 3) the relationship between the 21st century Leadership of school. administrators and the happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 correlated positively high level of .01 of statistical significance. 4) the regression analysis the relationship between leadership in the 21st century of school administrators that affects happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5, consisting of creativity, direct setter, collaboration, and communicator with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.801 can be used to predict the creation of a happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 was 63.70 percent. There were statistically significant relationships at the .01 level. The predictive equation in the form of raw score was hat Y = 0.962 + 0.361 (x_{5}) + 0.17(x_{3}) + 0.145(x_{4}) + 0.083(x_{2}) and the predictive equation in the form of standard score was Z = 0.47(x_{5}) + 0.199(x_{3}) + 0.191(x_{4}) + 0.116(x_{2})
