Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the 21st century Leadership of school administrators, 2) study the happiness at work of school personnel, 3) study the relationship between the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century and the happiness at work of school personnel, and 4) study the relationship between 21st century Leadership of school administrators affects happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5. The sample used in this research was a group of 320 school administrators and teachers under the under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 in academic year 2023. The research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire regarding the 21st century skills of school administrators with a confidence level of 0.944, and happiness at work of school personnel with a confidence level of 0.949. The statistics used for analysis data were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Multiple Regression Regression Analysis using Stepwise for identify the level of significance the predictive power.
The results of the study were as follows:
1) The 21st century Leadership of school administrators under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 was at the high level.
2) The happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 was at the high level.
3) the relationship between the 21st century Leadership of school. administrators and the happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 correlated positively high level of .01 of statistical significance.
4) the regression analysis the relationship between leadership in the 21st century of school administrators that affects happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5, consisting of creativity, direct setter, collaboration, and communicator with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.801 can be used to predict the creation of a happiness at work of school personnel under Khon kaen primary educational service area office 5 was 63.70 percent. There were statistically significant relationships at the .01 level.
The predictive equation in the form of raw score was hat Y = 0.962 + 0.361 (x_{5}) + 0.17(x_{3}) + 0.145(x_{4}) + 0.083(x_{2}) and the predictive equation in the form of standard score was Z = 0.47(x_{5}) + 0.199(x_{3}) + 0.191(x_{4}) + 0.116(x_{2})
