Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to: 1. To study the Buddhist leadership of the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research 2. To compare the opinions of Buddhist Executives of the Institute of Science and Technology of Thailand Classified by personal factors 3. To study the problems, obstacles and recommendations for the Buddhist leadership of the executives of the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research The research is a mixed methods research by using qualitative research. The researcher collected data by in-depth interview from executives and officers in the Science and Technology Institute of Thailand, amount 9 people. The quantity research was determined by 285 samples of personnel working at the Institute of Science and Technology of Thailand using questionnaires. The Qualitative and quantitative data analysis Use computer software to find Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation , test hypotheses to compare personnel's opinions with Buddhist leadership of executives by classifying factors person F-test with.
The findings of the research as follows:
1. In the application of the four Brahmavihara principle to be applied overall is at high level. (X̅ = 4.23, S.D. = 0.590). When classified in each aspect, it was found that regarding the application of Brahmavihara IV, (Metta) ( X̅ = 4.25, S.D. = 0.600), In the application of Brahmavihara IV (Kruna) ( X̅ = 4.25, S.D. = 0.649), the application of the Brahmavihara IV (Muthita) ( X̅ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.608), in the application of the Brahmavihara IV (Upelclcha) (X̅ = 4.20, S.D. = 0.680), in the field of leadership theory overall is at a high level ( X̅ = 4.27, S.D. = 0.519), when considering in each aspect, it was found that Executive work ( = 4.30, S.D. = 0.603), in human resource care ( X̅ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.622), in personnel satisfaction ( X̅ = 4.15, S.D. = 0.589), in the aspect of organizational enhancement ( X̅ = 4.40, S.D. = 0.544).
2. The comparison of Buddhist leadership of Executives of the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research classified by personal factors, it was found that personnel with different gender, age, educational level and experience, had opinions about Buddhist leadership of Executives of Science and Technology Institute of Thailand not different Therefore rejecting the research hypothesis as for personnel with different positions, had opinions differ significantly at the 0.05 level, therefore agreeing to the research hypothesis.
3. Problems, Obstacles of Buddhist Leadership of Executives of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, found that there are still some personnel who have problems because they do not want to adjust themselves and lack of information, knowledge and benefits for Dharma. Therefore, the Institute of Science and Technology of Thailand, able to improve the provision of information about the principles in order for personnel In the organization to absorb and adapted for their work and adjust themselves for the better and can continue to maintain the role and the best organization
