Abstract:
This independent study on Factors Affecting Online Learning Behavior of Master of Business Administration Students at Chiang Mai University the purpose of this study is to study the factors affecting the online learning behavior of Master of Business Administration (MBA) students at Chiang Mai University. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to MBA students, with student ID numbers from 62-64, totaling 187 individuals. The questionnaires were distributed online, and 165 completed questionnaires were received, representing an 88.24% response rate. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean and crosstabulation. The correlation coefficient analysis was used to assess the relationship between factors affecting online learning behavior, and multiple regression analysis was employed to hypothesis testing. The study results indicate that, among the 165 respondents, the majority are female, aged between 28 and 32 years, with student ID number 63. The respondents primarily use their homes as the location for online learning, and the devices used for online learning are mainly computers/laptops. The most common network provider is 3BB.In terms of online learning behavior, the respondents place the highest importance on having good motivation to study online. The second most important factor is having a good attitude online learning, while the least important factor is feeling anxiety about online learning. The respondents prioritize learning environment factors over cognitive factors. Correlation coefficient analysis revealed that both learning environment factors and cognitive factors have a positive relationship with online learning behavior .The hypothesis testing found that learning environment factors had a positive impact on their online learning behaviors in term of attitude, time management, anxiety, concentration, the information processing, selecting main idea, study aids, self-testing and test strategies. Cognitive factors had a positive impact on their online learning behaviors in terms of attitude, motivation, time management, concentration, the information processing, selecting main idea, study aids, self-testing and test strategies.
