Abstract: ดุษฎีนิพนธ์เรื่องรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธของบุคลากรด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตอุตสาหกรรมสุรนารี จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตอุตสาหกรรมสุรนารีจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธของบุคลากรด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตอุตสาหกรรมสุรนารีจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธของบุคลากรด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตอุตสาหกรรมสุรนารีจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพและภาคสนามผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัญหาเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตอุตสาหกรรมสุรนารีจังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่าปัญหาที่สำคัญ คือ ยังไม่พบไม่มีรูปแบบการส่งเสริม สิ่งแวดล้อมด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมขององค์กรที่เป็นรูปธรรมชัดเจน ด้านมาตรฐานทางจริยธรรมในองค์กรและยังไม่ได้นำหลักธรรมมาปรับใช้ในองค์กร อาทิเช่น หลักอิทธิบาท 4 กับหลักไตรสิกขา ในการส่งเสริมและแก้ไขสภาพปัญหาเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมการส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมเชิงพุทธของบุคลากรในเขตอุตสาหกรรมสุรนารีจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประกอบด้วย 1) การส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมภายในองค์กร 2) กระบวนการส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมเชิงพุทธบุคลากร 3) หลักการส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม สิ่งสำคัญที่องค์กรจะต้องปฏิบัติ 1) ลด ถือเป็นวิธีที่ดีที่สุด โดยลดปริมาณวัตถุดิบ วัสดุ ที่จะก่อให้เกิดมลพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ใช้ใหม่ เท่าที่สามารถทำได้ โดยส่วนที่เสียหายจากการผลิตนำมาเป็นวัตถุดิบของอีกผลิตภัณฑ์หนึ่ง 3) แปรรูปเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่ โดยการใช้วัตถุดิบ วัสดุที่ถูกกำจัดทิ้งไปและนำมาสร้าง หรือผลิตเพื่อนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่ที่สำคัญที่สุดองค์กรจะต้องมีความรับผิดชอบต่อชุมชนรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธของบุคลากรด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตอุตสาหกรรมสุรนารีจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธบุคลากรด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม 1) หลักอิทธิบาท 4 เพื่อสร้างความเอาใจใส่ ดูแล รักษาและความพร้อมเพียงการประชุมและการรักษาขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีที่ดีงามขององค์กรไว้ได้ 2) หลักไตรสิกขาโดยนำหลักธรรมพระพุทธศาสนา มาใช้ หรือประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารและพัฒนาคนในองค์กร โดยมีรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธบุคลากรด้านนโยบายของบริษัท ประกอบด้วย 1) พันธกิจนโยบายบริษัทด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีการกำหนดโยบายและ แนวทางปฏิบัติร่วมกัน จัดให้มีการดำเนินงานของโครงการส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมเชิงพุทธบุคลากร เป็นโครงการได้มีวิธีดำเนินการโดยใช้กระบวนการทำงานแบบ PDCA ขั้นเตรียมการ (Plan) ขั้นดำเนินการ (Do) ขั้นสรุปผล (Check) และปรับปรุงแก้ไขดำเนินการ มีการการประเมิน (Action) และจัดทำเล่ม รายงาน สามารถนำในส่วนด้านบุคลากรปฏิบัติตามพันธกิจนโยบายบริษัท ได้แก่ การประเมินความดีความชอบ และกลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจให้โบนัส ผลสำเร็จจากการใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธของบุคลากรด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม คือ (1) ทุกคนได้นำหลักธรรมเชิงพุทธไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน (2) ป้องกันการลาออกของพนักงาน (3) บุคลากรมีความประพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรม (4) พนักงานมีรูปแบบปฏิบัติตามได้

Abstract: This dissertation entitled “A Model for Promote Buddhist morality of Environmental Person in Suranaree Industrial Zone Nakhonratchasima Province” has three objectives: 1) to study the states of problem on the environment in Suranari industrial area, Nakhon Ratchasima province, 2) to study the Buddhist morality promotion of personnel on the environment in Suranari’s industrial area, Nakhon Ratchasima province, and 3) to propose the model of the Buddhist morality promotion of personnel on the environment in Suranari’s industrial area, Nakhon Ratchasima province. This is qualitative research done by studying documents and field research. In the research, it obviously showed that the states of problem on the environment in Suranari industrial area, Nakhon Ratchasima province were out proper attention; this actually means that the model to promote the environment through the morality and ethics is not academically and concretely taken up resulting in not putting the moral and ethical standardization of the organization into practices. In this respect, the principles on four paths of accomplishment and threefold training are practically recommended to promote and to provide the solution the environmental problems involved. As far as the promotion of the Buddhist environment of personnel in Suranari industrial area, Nakhon Ratchasima province is concerned, it needs the following: 1) the morality and ethics followed by the organization should be promoted, 2) the processes to promote the Buddhist environment of personnel should be made, 3) the principle on the environmental responsibility of the industrial manufactory should be encouraged to follow up. To achieve the mentioned criteria, what becomes necessary basically refers to: 1) reduction; this method is regarded as the best one; it means the reduction of the quantity of raw materials and materials which are likely conducive the poison to the environment, 2) the new utilization of new thing should be done as much as possible where the produced one could be produced the other form of product, 3) it should be recycled to provided the new utilization through raw materials, what is destroyed should be produced or reutilized through the taking responsibility to the community of the organization involved. In the model on the promotion of the Buddhist morality and ethics of personnel on the environment in Suranari industrial area, Nakhon Ratchasima province proposed by this research, it embraces the following model on the promotion of the Buddhist morality and ethics of personnel on environment: 1) the four paths of accomplishment should be implemented so as to pay proper attention where taking care, preservation and readiness in meeting and protection of the good organizational culture are encouraged, 2) threefold training in Buddhism should be utilized or applied to the administration and personnel development in the organization where the model on the promotion of the Buddhist morality and ethics of personnel on the organizational policy is required as follows: 1) the mission of the organizational environmental policy should be setup where its practical guidelines are available; its environmental commitment should be done through the Buddhist morality and ethics by personnel by means of formation of PDCA; there are plan, do, check and act. After that report written can provide personnel with ability to follow according to the organizational mission and policy, that is, the evaluation of good performance, the strategy to promote and motivate personnel through bonus. Consequently, through the mentioned model, what is expected could be of the following ones: 1) everyone puts the Buddhist principles into practice in daily life, 2) the retirement of personnel can be prevented, 3) personnel’s behaviors are moral and ethical, and 4) the same practical model can be applied by personnel respectively.
