Abstract:
การวิจัยนี้ดำเนินการด้วยระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการป่าชุมชนของชุมชนบ้านปงแสงทอง ตำบลขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านปงแสงทอง ตำบลขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านปงแสงทอง ตำบลขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์ในกลุ่มผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการป่าชุมชน จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ป่าชุมชนบ้านปงแสงทอง ตำบลขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ยังประสบปัญหาในเรื่องของหมอกควันไฟป่า และปัญหาเศรษฐกิจ สาเหตุหลักของปัญหาหมอกควันไฟป่าเกิดจากสภาพอากาศที่แห้งแล้ง ประกอบกับประชาชนในชุมชนและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงยังมีการเผาป่าเพื่อหาพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรหรือเผาขยะมูลฝอย ส่งผลให้เกิดมลพิษทางอากาศและผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของประชาชน สำหรับปัญหาเศรษฐกิจ สาเหตุหลักเกิดจากความผันผวนของราคาสินค้าเกษตร ประกอบกับประชาชนในชุมชนส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมเป็นหลัก ทำให้รายได้ไม่เพียงพอต่อการยังชีพ การแก้ปัญหาหมอกควันไฟป่าและปัญหาเศรษฐกิจของชุมชนบ้านปงแสงทอง ควรดำเนินการควบคู่กันไป โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การลดสาเหตุของการเกิดปัญหา
2. การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านปงแสงทอง ตำบลขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 1) ด้านเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ มีป้ายโครงการป่าชุมชน ป้ายแนวเขตของป่าชุมชนหรือแผนที่ ป้ายรายชื่อคณะกรรมการป่าชุมชน ป้ายแผนปฎิบัติงานและระยะเวลาการทำงาน 2) ด้านการดูแลรักษาป่าชุมชน การป้องกันไฟป่าในหน้าแล้ง การรักษาป่าชุมชน จัดตั้งคณะกรรมการรักษาป่าชุมชน 3) ด้านการบำรุงและพื้นฟูป่าชุมชน การปลุกป่าชุมชน การจัดซื้อกล้าไม้ การสร้างเรือนเพาะชำกล้าไม้ การฟื้นฟูภูมิทัศน์ป่าชุมชน สร้างฝายชะลอน้ำพเพื่อสร้างความชุ่มชื้นให้กับป่าชุมชน 4) ด้านการศึกษาและถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ทัศนศึกษาดูงาน ปลูกฝังกลุ่มเยาชนรักษ์ป่า มีป้ายชื่อพันธ์ไม้ป้ายชื่อความหมาย ทำเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติ มีโครงการบวชป่าชุมชน มีการจัดตั้งองค์กรป่าชุมชน และจัดทำแบบจำลองทางภูมิศาสตร์ป่าชุมชน
3. แนวทางการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อการบริหารจัดการป่าชุมชนบ้านปงแสงทอง การนำหลักธรรมสัปปายะ 7 มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการป่าชุมชน ได้แก่ ที่อยู่เหมาะสม การคมนาคมเหมาะสม การพูดคุยเหมาะสม บุคคลเหมาะสม อาหารเหมาะสม อากาศเหมาะสม อิริยาบถเหมาะสม ทำให้ชุมชนเข้าใจคุณค่าของป่าชุมชน เกิดการรักและหวงแหนป่าชุมชน ส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลรักษาป่าไม้ ปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกของชุมชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และรณรงค์ให้ใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า และอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติสุขกับธรรมชาติ อย่างยั่งยืนตลอดไป
Abstract:
This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The objectives are 1) to study the management of the community forest of Ban Pong Saeng Thong community, Khilek Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province 2) to study the application of Buddhist principles for the management of the community forest of Ban Pong Saeng Thong, Khilek Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province 3) To study the application of Buddhist principles for managing the community forest of Ban Pong Saeng Thong, Khilek Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. The research results found that

3. Guidelines for applying Buddhist principles to the management of the Ban Pong Saeng Thong community forest.
