Abstract:
The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study the general administrative situation of school administrators in elementary schools; in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District Nakhon Sawan Province 2 ) to find guidelines for the general administration of school administrators according to the Four Brahma Viharn principles of elementary schools. in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District Nakhon Sawan Province Use a quantitative research methodology. and qualitative The sample group is school administrators and elementary school teachers in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District Nakhon Sawan Province, 260 people and key informants, 9 photos/person. The research tool was a questionnaire. and semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by finding words, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Data were analyzed by content analysis.
The results showed that;
1) Study of the general administrative conditions of educational institution administrators according to the four Brahmavihara principles of primary schools. In Mueang Nakhon Sawan District Nakhon Sawan Province Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the overall management and internal control system were organized. at the highest level Administrative aspect of preparing a student census and administrative administration respectively. As for public service administration Information technology management In terms of administration, organization management and development systems are organized. In terms of administration, promotion and support of academics, budget, personnel and general administration Management and development of information network systems Administration of technology for education and the administration of the secretary of the Basic Education Commission. are at a high level, respectively.
