Condition of academic administration of school administrators in the digital age under the secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen
Abstract:
The ebjectives of this research were 1) examine condition of the Academic Administration of
School Administrators in Digital Age 2) Compare Condition Academic administration of school administrators in Digital Age, classified by position, education level, work experience and 3) examine susgestions about the academic administration administrators in Digital Age. Sample Group consists of 351 teachers selected by a sample random sampling group and 3 people quatitative target group selected by purposve sampling The research instruments were 5 aspects of a questionnaire with five-level Likert scale, the reliability value was at 0.91 and structure interview. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, means, standaro deviation, t-test and etest.
The research findings were as follows.
1. The Condition of the Academic Administration of School Administrators in Digital
Age under Ine Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubonratonathani Amnat Charden, in overall, was at a high level.
2. Comparison the academic administration of school administrators in Digital
Age, Classified by position, education level, work experience, in overall was not different.
3. Suggestion about the academic administration administrators in Digital Age.
Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubonratchathani Amnat Chareen, consisted of 5 aspects as follows; 1) Curriculum and Curriculum using, should pe developed the curriculum up to date, used technology in school curriculum administration 2) Learning Management, supported teachers using multimedia, moder innovation, focusins students on using the technology by themselves and using application in learning administration 3) Measurement and Evaluation, supported the teachers using application in measurement and evaluation variously, adapted to individual difference and reported the result online 4) multimedia, innovation and Educational Technology using, supported the teachers used multimedia, innovation and modern technology in learning such as DLIT, DLTV. YouTube, Platform, EMS system and AMSs system 5) Quality Assurance, supported the teachers used technology in information administration about 1QA and EQA, to be corvenient and fast. There was assessment by School Social Media Presentation."
