Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1. To Analyze the general conditions for Adhikarana Management of the Sangha in Ayutthaya Province, 2. To study the processes of the Adhikarana Management of the Sangha in Ayutthaya Province, and 3. Presenting the Model Development for Adhikarana Management of The Sangha in Ayutthaya Province. This research used qualitative research methodology by using in-depth interviews with 25 key informants or people, focus group discussion with 9 experts or people collecting data by visiting the area for interviews. Descriptive data analysis.
Findings were as follows:
1. The general conditions in the management of the Sangha in Ayutthaya Province were found to have strong points, namely the appointment of the provincial Sangha administration department. From people who have knowledge and ability in the field The Dhamma, Vinaya, and Law come to help in considering the appeals. The weak point is that the management of the appeals in each area cannot be managed equally well. There is an opportunity: there is technology and modern media. This makes it easier to search for information or find ways to help suppress the monks. There is an obstacle, namely that it is easy to make complaints against monks these days. Anyone can blame Some administrative officials lack knowledge and ability. and have the right attitude in governing.
2. The process of managing the rectors of the Sangha in Ayutthaya Province. It was found that there is a process according to the 7 principles of Adhikana Samatha, namely 1) Sammukha Vinaya, which is contemplating in front of each other. Evidence was called. and those involved come to investigate and consider. 2) Sati-discipline is looking at intentional actions. It is an important element. 3) Amulha Vinaya is if a wrongdoing is found while having symptoms of a mental disorder. The guilt will be exempted. 4) Declaration of guilt: the decision is based on the defendant's confession. 5) The Yephuiyasika side is to judge wrongdoing by using common opinion. or a majority vote of the committee. 6) Tasapapiyasika is the decision to punish the defendant based on the evidence that appears. 7) Tinavatthakavinaya Find a solution together until all parties are satisfied. Let's break up and continue. and principles of conflict management in 5 areas: 1) Reconciliation means having all conflicting parties turn to talk to each other. Using cause and effect. 2) The avoidance side, which is to use the Dhamma and Vinaya as the basis to avoid wrongdoing from occurring. 3) The compromise side, which is to find common ground, meet halfway, take one step at a time. 4) The competition side. That is, there is consideration by bringing evidence from each side to prove and disprove each other. 5) Cooperation is cooperation from all parties. Cooperate and help in suppressing the bishops.
3. Presenting the development of the Adhikorn management model of the Sangha in Ayutthaya Province. It was found that there were 4 styles: 1) the Vivaadhikon model or quarreling about the Vinaya 2) Anuvādādhikon form or arguing and quarreling with each other 3) the form of apattathikon or problems arising from violations of the precepts or discipline 4) Form of activity or a problem or business that the monks should work together to complete When there is a complaint accuse behavior or the performance of monastic duties To be carried out in accordance with the Dharma and Discipline Judgment in the presence of both the prosecution and the defendant along with witnesses.
