Abstract:
The purposes of this research are; (1) to study the Four Paths of accomplishment in Theravada Buddhism (2) to study the situation of problems in management of Administrative Organization of Phon Ngam subdistrict, Nonghan District, Udonthani Province and 3) to apply the principle of the Four Paths of accomplishment for management of Administrative Organization of Phon Ngam Subdistrict, Nonghan District, Udonthani Province. This research is qualitative research and then the data are analyzed in accordance with the objectives. The results of the research are as follows:
The Four Paths of accomplishment in Theravada Buddhism are found that these principles are the foundation of accomplishment, that is, 1) Chanda means love, aspiration of existing things or the things being done 2) Viriya means industry and continuous diligence 3) Citta means thoughtfulness, dedication and responsibility for those things 4) Vimamsa means investigation of cause and effect with wisdom and from interviewing, it is found that the organizational administration has an administration agreeable with the principle of the Four Paths of Accomplishment in each item, that is, personnels in the organization are satisfied with working and love of working, each person has duty for responsibility, pays attention for work, and to analyze how to solve the problems in each issues systematically
The problematic situations of management of Administrative Organization in Phon Ngam Subdistrict, Nonghan District, Udonthani Province are found that there are 4 policies for development, that is, 1) in the aspect of economy, that is, to enhance the community products in order to be opportunity to sell, development of laborers to integrate in the present requirement in order to encourage local people to have occupation and to be able to assist themselves 2) in the politic aspect, that is, to create the equality, accessibility with people, data opening, and participation of people in administration 3) in the aspect of social and cultural development, that is, to enhance the activity participation in the community traditions in order to create the community unity and the public mental development and 4) the development of natural resources and environment by destroying the community trashes systematically, developing the public sites for people to use the advantages together and development project of environment of the community.
The application of the Four Paths of Accomplishment for managing the Administrative Organization in Phon Ngam Subdistrict, Nonghan District, Udonthani Province is found 1) for developing the economical aspect, that is, by cultivating the value love of the community products by paying attention for it and to have the integrative thought in order to get the new provducts in accordance with the requirement of the market identical to Chanda, Viriya and Citta 2) in the aspect of politic development, it is to enhance the participative activities in order to develop the community better identical to the principle of Chitta and Vimamsa 3) in the aspect of social and cultural development with enhancement of the participative activities in the communitCy festival to create the unity identical to the principle of Chanda and Citta and 5) in the aspect of the development of natural resources and environment by having the process of destroying the community trashes and to develop the green sites for the usage of benefits together identical to the principle of Chanda, Citta and Vimamsa.
