Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวัดของ เจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักการบริหารจัดการ วัดของเจ้าอาวาสกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัด นครราชสีมา 3. นำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาสใน อำเภอสีดา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เป็น การสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.978 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระสงฆ์ในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 167 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ทางสังคมศาสตร์ โดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน และการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ด้วยวิธีของเพียร์สัน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาสในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัด นครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅=3.28,S.D.=0.63) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นราย ด้านพบว่า ด้าน ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านคุณภาพของงาน (x̅=3.42,S.D.=0.56) รองลงมา คือ ด้านปริมาณงาน (x̅=3.40,S.D.=0.60) และข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย (x̅=3.26, S.D.=0.77) 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาสกับ ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัดนครราชสีมาโดยภาพรวม พบว่า หลักการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาส โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพ การบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (r)=0.773** จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย 3. แนวทางการส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาสในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า หลักการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาส ได้แก่ ด้านบำรุงรักษาวัด ด้าน ปกครองบรรพชิตและคฤหัสถ์ที่มีที่อยู่ในวัด ด้านอบรมและสั่งสอนบรรพชิตและคฤหัสถ์ ด้านให้ความ สะดวกตามสมควรในการบำเพ็ญกุศล ดังนั้น เมื่อหลักการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาสข้างต้น เป็น ตัวส่งเสริมเกิดประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอสีดา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีลักษณะดังนี้1) ด้านคุณภาพของงาน ได้แก่ จัดหาบุคลากรมาทำงานได้ตรง เป้าหมายของงาน ให้ความใส่ใจกับคุณภาพของงานที่ละเอียดมากขึ้น หมั่นติดตามผลงานจนกว่าจะ บรรลุเป้าหมาย 2) ด้านปริมาณงาน ได้แก่ ปฏิบัติกิจกรรมภายในวัดตามแผนงานที่กำหนด มีการแบ่ง หน้าที่การทำงานให้ชัดเจน กำหนดบุคคลเข้าทำงานที่เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงานจัดหาบุคลากรให้ เหมาะกับจำนวนปริมาณงาน 3) ด้านเวลา ได้แก่ กำหนดเวลาของพระสงฆ์ได้ศึกษาได้อย่างเหมาะสม จัดสรรเวลาได้ตรงตามเป้าหมายของงาน กำหนดระยะเวลาในการจัดงานให้แน่นอน มีการวางแผน และเวลาที่ทำให้เสร็จตามวันเวลาที่กำหนด 4) ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย ได้แก่ กำหนดค่าใช้จ่ายให้เหมาะสมกับ กิจกรรมที่จัด คิดหาแหล่งเงินทุนการจัดงานที่หลากหลายกว่าที่เคย มีการจัดทำบัญชีรายรับรายจ่าย ของวัดอย่างถูกต้องโปร่งใส

Abstract: Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of the abbot's monastery management efficiency at Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2. To study the relationship between the abbot's monastery management principles and the abbot's monastery management efficiency. 3. To present guidelines for promoting the abbot’s monastery management efficiency at Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research methodology was the mixed methods. The quantitative research by survey method, collected data with questionnaires that had confidence value of 0.978 from 167 samples who were monks at Sida District. The data were analyzed using a ready-made social science program using descriptive statistics: percentages, averages, standard deviations and inferential statistics, t-test, F-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The qualitative research, data were collected by indepth interviewing 10 key informants, analyzed by descriptive interpretation. Findings were as follows: 1. The level of abbot’s monastery management efficiency at Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall, was at the moderate level (x̅=3.28, S.D.=0.63) and when considered each aspect individually, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the quality of work (x̅=3.42, S.D.=0.56), followed by the workload (x̅=3.40, S.D.=0.60) and the aspect with the lowest average was the cost (x̅=3.26, S.D.=0.77). 2. Results of the analysis of the relationship between the abbot's monastery management principles and the abbot's monastery management efficiency. at Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall, was found that the the abbot’s principles of monastery management had positive correlation with the abbot's monastery management efficiency. at Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province at a high level (r)=0.773**, so the set research hypothesis was accepted. 3. Guidelines for Promoting the abbot’s monastery management efficiency at Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were found that the abbot's monastery management principles included monastery maintenance, management of monks and novices and lay people in the monastery, training monks, novice and lay people, providing conveniences for people to perform merits. The above principles of abbot’s monastery management were promoter of the abbot’s monastery management efficiency at Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province in 4 aspects as follows: 1) The quality of the work was as follows: Recruit personnel to work according to the goals of the work, pay more attention to the quality of the detailed work until the goal was reached, 2) In terms of workload, including carrying out activities within the monastery according to the specified work plan with clear division of work and duties. Designate people to work in accordance with the workload, recruit personnel to suit the amount of workload, 3) Time; allocate appropriate time for the monks' studying Allocate time to meet the goals of the event. Determine the exact time of the event. There should be a plan and time to complete the event in the specified date and time. 4) Cost; determine the cost to be appropriate for the activities organized. Think about more sources of event funding than ever before. The monastery revenue and expenditure accounts must be prepared accurately and transparently
