Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: (1) to study the principle of Dhamma in creation of equilibrium of life (2) to study the principle of Dhamma in Buddhism for creation of equilibrium of life and (3) to propose the model of the principle of Dhamma of Buddhism for creation of equilibrium of life. This research is the qualitative research by studying the documents related researches. The collection of data is used by interviewing and then analyzing the data from interview, focus group by using data from 50 key informants and to analyze data in descriptive analysis. The results of the research are found as follows:
The principle of Dhamma in creation of equilibrium of life is the principle of the Threefold Trainings consists of Precepts, Meditation and Wisdom for creation of equilibrium of life by education, learning, understanding and to apply the principle of Threefold Trainings for lifestyles by focusing on developing the ability for lifestyles with the real happiness. The principles of the Threefold Trainings are the principles of the physical, spiritual and intelligent development for solving the problems of human beings snd the end of suffering leading to the happiness and development of real liberation for the practitioner in accordance with the system of education and learning the principle of Dhamma leading to the three practical principles, that is, training in higher morality, training in mentality and training in the higher wisdom.
The state of applying the principle of Dhamma in Buddhism for creation of equilibrium of life by applying the principle of Threefold Trainings, that is, precepts, meditation and wisdom by going through the practical process, that is, the learning process and creation of question and answer and then practicing each aspect by integration with the Noble Eightfold Paths (1) in the aspect of the higher precepts consisting of the Right speech, Right Action and Right Livelihood for training physically and verbally (2) in the aspect of the higher spiritual development consisting of Right Efford, Right Mindfulness and Right Meditation applying for the spiritual development helping for training, controlling the spirit in order called thoughtfulness (3) IN the aspect of the higher wisdom consisting of Right View and Right understanding applying for training the wisdom and solving various problems in order to create the ability for seeing the reality in the present and to find out the solution foneself and related individuals by covering 4 aspects of lifestyles.
The model of principle of Dhamma in Buddhism in creation of equilibrium of life by applying the the Threefold Trainings with integration with the Noble Eightfold Paths, 4 cultivations, and the 7 Advantageous conditions having 4 model, that is, (1) in the aspect of body consisting of the higher morality, that is, Right speech, Right Action and Right Livelihood applying the Dhamma principle that causes the effect directly to the physical health for 4 items consisting of 4 advantageous conditions, that is, suitable abode, suitable food, suitable climate and suitable posture (2) in the aspect of spirit and emotion, the higher mentality consisting of Right Efford, Right Mindfulness and Right Meditation for knowing the 6 internal sense-fields, that is, to have the mindfulness to be able to control the emotion, to create the equilibrium of life in the aspect of mentality and emotion by taking care of the spiritual health in the normal status by giving charity, precept preserving, chanting, Dhamma hearing and practicing mental culture (3) in the aspect of economy, training in higher wisdom consisting of Right view and Right understanding by creating the equilibrium of life in the economical aspect. When the thought is right, the wisdom will always exist. It will make mindfulness control the body and mentality in lifestyles and to enhance the sixth branch (4) the social is to live together with the others with happiness, calm, secure, not to be conflict , that is, to take the training wisdom for practice physically, verbally and mentally in order to build up the loving-kindness, generosity, charity and to have good attitude for each other.
