The results of the study found that:
1. In the context of school management, as evaluated against the criteria set by the Moral School OBEC Project under the jurisdiction of the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the overall performance across all four dimensions stands at a notably high level. Every facet, which includes ethical planning, the establishment of practical mechanisms, and performance evaluation, consistently garners high ratings. It is worth noting that the dimension of determining follow-up supervision received the lowest rating, as observed in sequence.
2. The research-driven approach to enhancing school administration, as evaluated against the criteria set by the Moral School OBEC Project under the jurisdiction of the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, involves providing practical training for local administrators, teachers, and relevant stakeholders. The aim is to establish leadership and ethical strategizing, articulate the vision, purpose, objectives, and strategies, create mechanisms for practical implementation, set up supervision and guidance protocols, specify follow-up procedures, and evaluate work performance. The objective is to achieve the goals according to the framework of the Moral School mechanism.
3. The guidelines for school management, based on the criteria of the Moral School OBEC Project within the jurisdiction of the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, should involve a process aimed at creating ethical schools by fostering awareness and acceptance. This includes instilling leadership among teachers and students while collaboratively defining the school's moral identity. Subsequently, the school should establish methods to bring these ideals into practical existence. Implementation efforts are necessary to achieve transformative goals, and the educational direction should follow a well-planned and systematic approach.
