Factors influencing public satisfaction with the services provided by the Thongfa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Tak district, Tak province
Abstract:
This research has 3 objectives: 1) to study service quality level of the Thong Fah Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO), Ban Tak District, Tak Province, 2) to study the satisfaction level of the people who use the services of the Thong Fah SAO, and 3) to study the factors related to the service quality of the Thong Fah SAO. This is quantitative research. The population used in this research was people who live in the service area of the Thong Fah SAO, and have their names in the local registry. The total number of people in the population was 5,202. The sample group was people who used the services of the Thong Fah SAO. The sample group was selected using the Taro Yamane method (Taro Yamane, 1973, p.125) with a 95% confidence level, for a total of 372 people. The tool used in the survey was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using a computer program with t-test, One Way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient statistics. The results of the study found that: Level of Service Quality of Thong Fah Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Tak District, Tak Province The data analysis revealed that the overall quality of service provided to the public was at the highest level. The analysis also found that public satisfaction with the services of Thong Fah Subdistrict Administrative Organization was at the highest level, indicating a strong correlation between service quality and satisfaction. Furthermore, the results showed that the overall public satisfaction with the services of the organization remained highly positive, reflecting a high level of confidence in service quality.
