Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการสื่อสารพุทธธรรมขององค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 (2)เพื่อศึกษาพุทธนวัตกรรมวิธีการสื่อสารพุทธธรรมขององค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 (3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์พุทธนวัตกรรมวิธีการสื่อสารพุทธธรรมขององค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาจากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ข้อมูลและนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าวิธีการสื่อสารพุทธธรรมขององค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 คือ 1) การใช้อิทธิปาฏิหาริย์เพื่อสื่อสารอนุสาสนีปาฏิหาริย์(marvel of teaching) คือคำสอนที่เป็นจริง สอนให้เห็นจริง นำไปปฏิบัติได้ผลสมจริงเป็นอัศจรรย์ พระองค์เน้นให้ผู้ใช้นำไปใช้ได้สะดวก รวดเร็วใช้น้ำเสียงที่มีความไพเราะ น่าฟัง การใช้คำ (Words) เป็นภาษาที่เข้าใจง่าย 2) การใช้วาจาสุภาษิตเพื่อสื่อสารพระองค์ได้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงเสียงแห่งความย้ำเตือนในความผิดชอบชั่วดีของมนุษยชาติ และยังเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งความหวังของการกลับมาของความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันของจิตใจและวิญญาณของมนุษย์ 3) การใช้วัจนภาษาและอวัจนะภาษาในการสื่อสารการพูดคุยกันด้วยความรัก ไม่ใช่ความโกรธซึ่งเป็นการมองผู้อื่นด้วยใจที่เป็นกุศลประกอบกับบุคลิกที่ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส ร่าเริง ทำให้การสื่อสารไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสื่อสารภายในตนเอง การสื่อสารระหว่างผู้อื่น ทำให้การสื่อสารมีน้ำหนักและมีพลัง การมีใบหน้าที่เต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความเมตตา มีรอยยิ้ม มีบุคลิกลักษณะที่โดดเด่น สง่า เป็นสารที่ทำให้ผู้รับสารเกิดความศรัทธา ทำให้การสื่อสารนั้นๆ บรรลุตามเป้าหมาย 4)ใช้ความกรุณา ที่เป็นหลักจริยธรรมของโลกในการสื่อสารการยอมรับจริยธรรมโลกวิสัยในฐานะเป็นจริยธรรมสากลของมนุษยชาติ ยอมรับความแตกต่างและหลากหลายทางศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมให้อยู่ร่วมกันอย่างเสมอภาค มีความเคารพและอดกลั้นต่อกันและกัน พร้อมกับตีความหลักคำสอนศาสนาสนับสนุนความเป็นธรรมและสันติภาพในการอยู่ร่วมกัน 5) ใช้ทุกช่องทางที่สามารถสื่อสารให้ผู้คนทราบวิธีการสื่อสารที่น่าสนใจ หลายรูปแบบ เช่น หนังสือ ทีวี หนังสือพิมพ์ เทป วิดีโอ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ต่างๆ หรือกล่าวได้ว่าทุกช่องทางที่สามารถสื่อสารให้กับผู้อื่นทราบได้ ส่วนพุทธนวัตกรรมวิธีการสื่อสารพุทธธรรมขององค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 มาจาก 1) แนวคิดพุทธนวัตกรรมวิธีการสื่อสารนวัตกรรมการสื่อสารในทางพระพุทธศาสนา คือสื่อใหม่ ๆที่ผลิตจัดเตรียม และนําเสนอเพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักธรรมะในพระพุทธศาสนาที่เข้าใจได้ง่าย เห็นเป็นรูปธรรม และสามารถนําไปปฏิบัติได้อย่างเหมาะสม 2) ประเภท ความหมาย หลักการสำคัญของพุทธนวัตกรรมวิธีการสื่อสาร คือการสร้างความเชื่อมโยงความสำคัญระหว่างพุทธศาสนา นวัตกรรมและการสื่อสาร เป็นแนวคิดและเป็นแนวทางขึ้นมาใหม่ให้มีแนวทางร่วมกันเป็นไปโดยความร่วมจุดประสงค์เพื่อการผสมผสานเรื่องของการนำเอาหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาผสานสอดรับเชิงปฏิบัติกับนวัตกรรมและวิจัย ที่เป็นไปในด้านของวัตถุหรือสิ่งที่ทำให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลง เพื่อใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ต่างๆ 3) การใช้นวัตกรรมเพิ่มช่องทางการสื่อสารพุทธธรรมในชุมชนยุคดิจิทัลใช้เทคโนโลยีและอินเทอร์เน็ตในปัจจุบัน ทำให้เกิดสื่อสารที่ไร้พรมแดน และช่วยให้ผู้คนเชื่อมต่อกันได้ผ่านนวัตกรรมต่างๆมีการสื่อสารการเรียนรู้ใหม่ๆพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้จากสื่อต่างๆในหลายช่องทางเมื่อกำแพงของการสื่อสารได้ถูกทำลายลง ก็ช่วยให้คนยุคใหม่ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลและสื่อการเรียนรู้หลากหลายรูปแบบพฤติกรรมการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีของคนรุ่นใหม่ที่สูงขึ้น และเต็มประสิทธิภาพ 4)การประยุกต์ใช้พุทธนวัตกรรมวิธีการสื่อสารที่เหมาะสมกับยุคสมัยทำให้สามารถเข้าถึงผู้ฟังในวงกว้างขึ้น อยู่ในระดับสากล และเผยแพร่ข้อความแห่งความเมตตา กรุณา การให้อภัย และการมีสติ ด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่และการปฏิบัติทางพุทธศาสนาแบบดั้งเดิม สำหรับพุทธนวัตกรรมวิธีการสื่อสารขององค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 มี 5 ประการได้แก่ 1) พุทธธรรมจริงคือเป็นคำที่กล่าวด้วยความจริง เน้นความเป็นแก่นแท้ของความเป็นมนุษย์ 2) ไพเราะยิ่ง คือเป็นคำที่กล่าวด้วยวาจาสุภาพ อ่อนหวาน 3) เหมาะกาลสมัย คือคำพูดที่ได้ใช้ภาษาสมัยใหม่ แม้ไม่ใช่ภาษาพระพุทธศาสนาที่เคยยึดถือปฏิบัติกันมาแต่ก็ได้ให้ความหมายและกระบวนการคิด ตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนา 4) ต้องตาถึงใจ คือการใช้ถ้อยคำมีการใช้ อากัปกิริยา ท่าทาง (Gesture) การแสดงทางหน้าตา (Facial Expression) ขององค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 นั้น มีรหัสของสารที่ไม่ใช้คำ เช่น ใบหน้าที่เต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความเมตตา มีรอยยิ้มในดวงตา มีบุคลิกลักษณะที่โดดเด่น สง่า จะเห็นได้ว่า สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นสารที่ทำให้ผู้รับสารเกิดความศรัทธา 5) ไม่ไร้ประโยชน์คือเป็นคำที่ก่อประโยชน์แก่ผู้ฟัง เช่น“คำพูดที่มีประโยชน์คำเดียว ที่คนฟังแล้วสงบระงับได้ ย่อมดีกว่าคำพูดที่ไร้ประโยชน์ตั้ง 1,000 คำ 6) ประกอบด้วยไม่โกรธและกรุณาองค์ทะไลลามะที่ 14 มีการสื่อสารที่เปี่ยมด้วยเมตตา อันออกมาจากใจของผู้ส่งสาร คือเจตนาเมตตาเป็นพื้นฐานก่อนที่จะพูด มีการสอดแทรกธรรมะให้เข้ากับเรื่องราวนั้นๆและจะเน้นธรรมะที่เป็นตัวหลักในการเผยแผ่ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิผล

Abstract: This research has three objectives: (1) to study the methods of communicating Buddhism of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama (2) to study innovative Buddhist methods of communicating Buddhism of His Holiness the14th Dalai Lama (3) to analyze Innovative Buddhist methods of communicating the Buddhadharma of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. This research uses qualitative research methods. By studying documents Related research, analysis, synthesis of data, and presenting data in a descriptive and analytical form. The research results found that The 14th Dalai Lama's methods for communicating the Buddhadharma are: 1) Using miraculous powers to communicate. The miracle of teaching is a teaching that is true. Teach it to be true put it into practice and get miraculous realistic results. His Majesty emphasizes that users can use them easily and quickly, using a tone of voice that is melodious and pleasing to the ear, using words (Words) in language that is easy to understand. 2) Using proverbs to communicate. He reflected the voice of humanity's reminder of right and wrong. And it is also a symbol. of the hope of the return of unity of mind and the human spirit 3) the use of verbal and nonverbal language in communication Talking with love not anger which is looking at others With a charitable heart Coupled with a smiling, bright, and cheerful personality, communication, whether it be within oneself communication between others It makes communication weighty and powerful. Having a face that is full of kindness, a smile, and an outstanding and dignified personality is a message that makes the recipient believe. Make that communication achieve the goal. 4) Use kindness, which is the world's ethical principle, in communication. Acceptance of secular ethics as the universal ethics of humanity Accept differences and diversity of religions and cultures to live together equally. Have respect and tolerance for each other. Along with interpreting religious doctrines to support fairness and peace in living together. 5) Use every channel that can be communicated to people. Interesting communication methods in many forms such as books, TV, newspapers, tapes, videos, and various social media. Or it can be said that all channels can be communicated to others. As for Buddhist innovations in methods of communicating the Buddhadharma of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, it comes from 1) Buddhist concepts, innovations in communication methods, and communication innovations in Buddhism are new media that are produced and prepared. And presented to create knowledge an easy-to-understand understanding of the principles of Dhamma in Buddhism. see concrete and can be put into practice appropriately 2) Type, meaning, and important principles of Buddhist innovation in communication methods is to create an important connection between Buddhist innovation and communication It is a new idea and guideline to have a common approach with the goal of combining the matter of bringing Buddhist principles together in practice with innovation and research. that is in terms of objects or things that cause change To be used for various purposes 3) Using innovation to increase channels for communicating Buddhism in communities in the digital age Use today's technology and the internet. Creating communication without borders and helping people connect through innovation. There is new learning communication. Learning behavior from various media in many channels when the walls of communication are broken it helps people in the new era who use technology. Access to information and learning media in a variety of formats. Technology usage behavior of the new generation is higher. and with full efficiency 4) Application of innovative Buddhist communication methods appropriate to the era Makes it accessible to a wider audience Internationally and spreads messages of kindness, forgiveness, and mindfulness using modern technology and traditional Buddhist practices. For the 14th Dalai Lama's innovative Buddhist communication methods, there are 5 aspects: 1) True Buddhadharma, meaning words spoken with truth. Emphasis on the essence of humanity. 2) Very beautiful, meaningful words spoken with politeness and sweetness. 3) Appropriate for the time, meaning words that use modern language. Even though it is not the language of Buddhism that has been practiced in the past it has given meaning and thought process. According to the principles of Buddhism 4) The 14th Dalai Lama has a code for non-verbal messages, such as a full face. Full of kindness there’s a smile in the eyes. Have a distinctive and dignified personality. It can be seen that these are substances that make the recipient believe in them. 5) They are not useless. That is, it is a word that is beneficial to the listener For example, "One useful word. That people can listen to and be calm it is better than 1,000 useless words. 6) It consists of not getting angry and being kind. The 14th Dalai Lama has compassionate communication. Which comes from the heart of the messenger it is the basic intention of kindness before speaking. Dhamma is inserted to fit into that story. And will emphasize Dhamma which is the main factor in effective and effective propagation.
