Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of quality of work life and organization commitment of service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province 2) to compare the level of quality of work life and organization commitment classified by individual factors 3) to study the relationship between quality of work life and organization commitment of service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province by collecting data from service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province 131 people. The instrument used in the study is questionnaires. Statistical analysis includes frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsons correlation coefficient. The result of this research showed that 1) The level of quality of work life of service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province in all dimensions were at very good level. (x̄ = 3.80, S.D. = 0.52) 2) The level of organization commitment of service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province in all dimensions were at a high level. (x̄ = 4.01, S.D. = 0.55) 3) Comparative analysis of quality of work life of service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province classified by individual factors such as sex, age, education level, marital status and income from work, there are no difference except year of service is difference 4) Comparative analysis of organization commitment of service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province classified by individual factors such as sex, age, education level, marital status and income from work, there are no difference except year of service is difference 5) Relationship between quality of work life and organization commitment of service maintenance operating staff in power plant in Rayong Province had a positive relationship
