Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson ProductMoment Correlation Coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The study revealed that,
1. The teacher leadership on instructional management comprised of four components, namely educational institution curriculum development, learning management process, being a teacherleading change, and self development and others, and the part of effectiveness of academic affairs comprised 11 components, namely academic planning, teaching and learning arrangements in educational institutions, educational institution curriculum development, development of the learning process, measurement and evaluation, research to improve the quality of education in educational institutions, developing and promoting learning resources, educational supervision, educational guidance, educational quality assurance and development and use of technological media.
