Abstract: The objectives of this research were to 1 ) study the level of parents' satisfaction within the nutrition management of Qiande Kindergarten. 2 ) To compare parents' satisfaction with the nutrition management of Qiande Kindergarten, classification according to parents' personal information including gender, age range, education level. Data were collected from a population of 170 parents of students at Qiande Kindergarten in 2023. Research tools that were used in this study is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire (Rating Scale) with a confidence value of .97 for the entire version. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation. Research hypotheses were tested by using the t-Test independent test statistic and the One- Way ANOVA test statistic. When it was found to be statistically significant (p < .05), pairwise comparisons will be performed using Scheffe' test. The research results found that 1) Parents' satisfaction with the nutrition management of Qiande Kindergarten is at a high level. The average value was 3 . 8 1 . When considering each aspect, it was found that service and location management have the highest value at a high level It has an average value of 3.82, followed by container and equipment management at a high level. The average value is 3.81 in food management and personnel management at a high level has the same average value of 3.80. 2) For parents of male students, parents of female students, parents of different ages and parents with different levels of education, there were no difference in the overall satisfaction with Qiande Kindergarten's food management and in each aspect, which included food management, service and location management, handling containers and equipment and personnel management.
