Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาสังคมในมิติแห่งมรรคมีองค์ 8 มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา อุปสรรคการพัฒนาสังคม 2) เพื่อพัฒนาสังคมในมิติแห่งมรรคมีองค์ 8 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาสังคมในมิติแห่งมรรคมีองค์ 8 ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสาน ได้แก่ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแจกแบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 รูป/คน โดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ พระสังฆาธิการ อาจารย์ประจำคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต นักพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์จังหวัดภูเก็ต องค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดภูเก็ต ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานพุทธศาสนา จังหวัดภูเก็ต และวัฒนธรรม จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 15 รูป/คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1. สภาพปัญหา อุปสรรคการพัฒนาสังคม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำของรายได้ รองลงมาคือ ปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเสื่อม ปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจที่เกิดขึ้นเนื่องจากเศรษฐกิจ ปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยในชีวิต ปัญหาการขาดแคลนบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวที่มีคุณภาพ ปัญหาด้านการบริการทางสาธารณสุขภาครัฐ ปัญหาการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ ปัญหาแรงงานต่างด้าว ปัญหาเรื่องการบริหารจัดน้ำเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภค ตามลำด้บ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ปัญหาด้านการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 2. การพัฒนาสังคมในมิติแห่งมรรคมีองค์ 8 โดยส่วนมากอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่า เกือบทุกข้อสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาอาชีวะเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม รองลงมาคือ การประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาวายามะเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม การประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาอาชีวะเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม การประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาสติเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม การประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาวาจาเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม การประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาสมาธิเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม ตามลำด้บ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด อยู่ระดับปานกลาง คือ การประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาทิฏฐิเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม และการประยุกต์ใช้สัมมาสังกัปปะเพื่อแก้ปัญหาสังคม 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาสังคมในมิติแห่งมรรคมีองค์ 8 พบว่า เป็นหลักการนำไปสู่หลักการคิด 4 การทำ 3 ใช้ชีวิตสุจริต 1 ดังนี้ คือ 1. หลักการคิด 4 ได้แก่ 1) สัมมาสติ ตื่นรู้ในความคิด ได้เรียนรู้ จนเกิดความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้อง 2) สัมมาสมาธิ แน่วแน่ในเป้าหมายของตัวเอง และ 3) สัมมาทิฏฐิ มีปัญญา เปรียบเหมือนกุญแจดอกสำคัญของชีวิตแต่ละคน 4) สัมมาสังกัปปะ คิดถูกต้อง การคิดละเอียดชัดเจน การคิดอย่างมีเหตุผล 2. การทำ 3 ได้แก่ 1) สัมมาวาจา ต้องเป็นคำจริง มีหลักฐานอ้างอิงได้ ต้องเป็นคำสุภาพ พูดถ้อยคำมีประโยชน์ 2) สัมมากัมมันตะ การกระทำทั้งหลาย ย่อมเปรียบได้กับการปลูกพืช ผู้หว่านข้าวลงในนา ย่อมได้รับผลผลิตเป็นข้าว สามารถนำมาบริโภคและขายได้ ผู้ปลูกมะม่วงไว้ในสวน ย่อมได้รับผลผลิตเป็นมะม่วง สามารถนำมาบริโภคและขายได้ และ3) สัมมาวายามะ ความพากเพียร ไม่หวาดหวั่นต่ออุปสรรคอันตรายต่าง ๆ และไม่กลัวเกรงต่อความเหนื่อยยากลำบาก และ3. ใช้ชีวิตสุจริต ได้แก่ 1) สัมมาอาชีวะ การใช้ชีวิตสุจริต การยึดมั่นในความสัตย์จริงและในสิ่งที่ถูกต้องดีงาม มีความซื่อตรง และมีเจตนาที่บริสุทธิ์

Abstract: Research on Social development in the dimension of the Eightfold Path has the following objectives: 1) To study the problem situation. Obstacles to social development 2) To develop society in the dimension of the Eightfold Path. 3) To present guidelines for social development in the dimension of the Eightfold Path. The researcher used an integrated research method, including quantitative research. With survey research, questionnaires were distributed from a sample of 400 photos/persons using statistics, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and qualitative research By interviewing the monks Lecturer in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Phuket Rajabhat University Social and Human Security Developer, Phuket Province Phuket Provincial Local Administrative Organization Director of Phuket Provincial Buddhism Office and Phuket culture, 15 people. The results of the research found that: 1. Conditions, problems, and obstacles to social development Overall, it is at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that every element had problems at a moderate level. The aspect with the highest average is the problem of income inequality, followed by environmental problems and deteriorating tourist attractions. Economic problems arising from the economic life safety Problem of shortage of qualified tourism personnel Problems with public health services public sector management problems foreign worker problems, and Problems with water management for consumption, respectively, the aspect with the lowest average is the problem of infrastructure development. 2. Social development in the dimension of the Eightfold Path is mostly at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that almost every item can be applied at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was the application of the right livelihood to solve social problems, followed by applying the right livelihood to solve social problems. Application of right livelihood to solve social issues Applying mindfulness to solve social problems Application of right speech to solve social problems Application of meditation to solve social issues, respectively, and the aspect with the lowest average at the moderate level is the application of right view to solving social issues. Application of right mindfulness to solve social problems 3. Guidelines for social development in the dimension of the Eightfold Path, found to be the principles leading to the principles of thinking 4, doing 3, and living honestly 1, as follows: 1. The 4 principles of thinking include: 1) right mindfulness, awareness of thoughts, learning Until there is correct understanding, 2) right concentration and determination in one's own goals, and 3) right view, having wisdom, like an important key to each person's life, 4) right thinking, correct thinking, clear, detailed thinking. Thinking logically 2. Doing 3 things: 1) Right speech must be true. There is evidence to refer to. Must be polite Speak useful words. 2) Right action. All actions can be compared to growing plants. who sows rice in the field You will receive rice as a product. Can be consumed and sold Mango planted in the garden. You will receive a harvest of mangoes. Can be consumed and sold 3) Right Wayama, diligence, not afraid of various dangerous obstacles and not afraid of fatigue and hardship, and 3. Living an honest life includes 1) having the right livelihood and living an honest life. Adhering to the truth and what is right is good. Have integrity and pure intentions
