Abstract: การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงานโครงการฯ ปัญหา อุปสรรค และแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา 2) ประเมินประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของการดำเนินโครงการฯ และ 3) จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะในการดำเนินงานโครงการฯ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 3 คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ 2 คน ครูที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ 43 คน และนักเรียน 270 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ 3) แบบบันทึกการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ 5) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม 6) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับขยะ 7) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับขยะรีไซเคิล 8) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม และ 9) แบบวัดความตระหนัก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการประเมินพบว่า 1) กระบวนการในการดำเนินงานโครงการผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน โดยดำเนินกิจกรรมได้ตามแผนที่วางไว้ 2) ประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของการดำเนินงานโครงการผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินดังนี้ ประสิทธิผล 2.1) นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการขยะและสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนร้อยละ 96.99 ขึ้นไป 2.2) ครูเห็นว่านักเรียนทุกคนมีพฤติกรรมที่ดีในการจัดการขยะ และนักเรียนประเมินตนเองว่ามีการดำเนินการจัดการขยะเป็นประจำ (ทุกวัน/ทุกครั้ง) และ 2.3) นักเรียนมีความตระหนักถึงการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ประสิทธิภาพ 2.1) การลดลงของปริมาณขยะตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนสิ้นสุดโครงการคิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.58 2.2) รายได้จากการขายขยะเพิ่มขึ้นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 32.29 และ 2.3) ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้รับผิดชอบ และครูที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรจัดทำเป็นคู่มือและติดตามการดำเนินงาน รวมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองและชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม และครูผู้รับผิดชอบควรนำผลมาใช้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาโครงการ The objectives of this research were 1) to evaluate the implementation process, problems, obstacles and solutions of Chaibadan Pittayakom School's Zero Waste School Project, 2) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the Project, and 3) to propose the project impliemation recommendations. The informants were 3 administrators, 2 responsbile teachers, 43 invloved teachers, and 270 students. The instruments included 1) An administrator interview form, 2) A teacher interview form, 3) A student particition record form,4) Satisfaction questionnaire,5) A behavioral observation form,6) Waste data record form, 7) Recycling waste data record form, 8) A behavioral questionnaire, and 9) Student awareness measure. The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results indicated that 1) The implementation process performed as planned. 2) The efficiency and effectiveness evaluation of the project implementation showed as follows: For effectiveness, 2.1) Students were involved in waste management and school environment in all activities at at least 96.99 %, 2.2) From teachers’ observation, all students had their own waste management practices and they conducted self-evaluation that waste management practices were carried out regularly (every day/every time), 2.3) The students were aware of environmental conservation at the strongly agree level. For efficiency, 2.1) The reduction in the amount of waste from the beginning to the end of the project was at 60.58%, 2.2) Revenue from waste sales increased by 32.29 % and 2.3) The satisfaction of adminstrators, responsible teachers and relavant teachers with the project implementation was at the highest level. 3) Recommendations include that the administrators should prepare a manual, conduct project monitoring and give more opportunities for parents and communities’ participation. Results should be applied by responsible teachers for further improvement
