Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อการสอนในรายวิชาปฎิบัติการเครื่องมือพื้นฐานทางวิศวกรรมและการใช้งานสำหรับงานกลึง ที่เหมาะสมต่อการเรียนของนิสิต คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา การวิจัยจะเริ่มจากการสำรวจความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานปฏิบัติงานกลึงของนิสิตจากแบบสอบถามก่อนการเรียนผ่านสื่อการสอนที่ผู้วิจัยจัดทำขึ้น โดยแบบสอบถามแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ 1) ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเครื่องกลึงและอุปกรณ์ในงานกลึง 2) ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวิธีการใช้งาน ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานกลึง 3) ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในงานกลึง ซึ่งจากผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์โดยวิธีเชิงสถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) พบว่า นิสิตมีความเข้าใจในการเรียนในรูปแบบเดิม คือ การสอนปฏิบัติการในห้องเรียนเพียงอย่างเดียว อยู่ในระดับน้อย (x̅ = 2.303) หลังจากผู้วิจัยทำการพัฒนาสื่อการสอนขึ้น และให้นิสิตทดลองทำความเข้าใจจากสื่อการสอนก่อนการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติ จากนั้นทำการสำรวจข้อมูลจากนิสิตโดยใช้แบบสอบถามชุดเดิม พบว่า นิสิตมีความเข้าใจในการเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅ = 3.263) ซื่งสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยเดิมทำให้สามารถสรุปได้ว่าสื่อการสอนวีดีโอการปฏิบัติงานกลึง สามารถเพิ่มความเข้าใจในการเรียนให้แก่นิสิตได้สูงขึ้นซึ่งผู้วิจัยจะนำแนวทางนี้ไปพัฒนาให้สื่อการสอนมีประสิทธิภาพที่สูงขึ้นต่อไปในอนาคต

Abstract: This research is to study the development of Instructional media of Lathe Process at for students in Engineering Tools and Operations Laboratory. Faculty of Engineering, University of Phayao. The research will begin with a survey of students understanding from questionnaires prior to learning the lathe instructional media that the prepared by the researcher. The questionnaire will be divided into 3 parts. 1) understanding about lathes and lathe work equipment. 2) Understanding to use, lathe operation work procedures. 3) Understanding of lathe safety. Which from results analyzed data by a computer program using Descriptive Statistics. Found that students had understanding of learning in the same original model is teaching in the classroom only, it a low level (x̅ = 2. 3 0 3). After the researcher developed Instructional media. And allow students to try and understand from Instructional media before practical study. Then survey data from students using the same questionnaire. Found that students had understanding of learning, is at a moderate level (x̅ = 3.263). Which is higher than the original average. It can be concluded that Instructional media, videos, lathe operations can increase the understanding of learning for students. The researcher will use this approach to develop Instructional media to be more effective in the future.
