Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิก และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรด่านมะขามเตี้ย จำกัด โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์จำนวน 333 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณร่วมกับ robust standard errors จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 51-60 ปี สมรสจดทะเบียน ระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประถมศึกษา ทำอาชีพการเกษตร สมาชิกในครัวเรือนมีจำนวน 3-5 คน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10,000 บาท รับเงินปันผลจากสหกรณ์ต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 2,000 บาทต่อปี ค่าใช้จ่ายในครัวเรือนต่อเดือน 5,001-10,000 บาท ระยะเวลาในการเป็นสมาชิก 6-10 ปี การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรด่านมะขามเตี้ย จำกัด ในด้านการวางแผนร่วมกัน ด้านการปฏิบัติร่วมกัน ด้านการจัดสรรผลประโยชน์ และด้านการติดตามประเมินผลมีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก นอกจากนี้ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณร่วมกับ robust standard errors พบว่าระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกและเงินปันผลมีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในธุรกิจสหกรณ์การเกษตรด่านมะขามเตี้ย จำกัด ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 และ 0.05 ตามลำดับ ส่วนระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน และความรู้สหกรณ์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในธุรกิจสหกรณ์ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 The purposes of this study were to study general socio-economic data of members and to study factors related to the participation of members in the business of Danmakhamtia Agricultural Cooperatives. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data with a sample group of 333 cooperative members. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis with robust standard errors. The results of the study found that most respondents were female, aged 51-60 years, registered marital status, primary education, farmers, 3-5 household members, monthly income less than or equal to 10,000 baht, receive dividends from cooperatives less than or equal to 2,000 baht per year, household expenses per month 5,001-10,000 baht and duration of membership 6-10 years. The participation of the members in the business of Danmakhamtia Agricultural Cooperatives in terms of joint planning, joint action, benefit allocation and monitoring and evaluation, the overall average was a high level. In addition, the multiple regression analysis combining with robust standard errors indicated that membership duration and dividends were related to the participation of members in the business of Danmakhamtia Agricultural Cooperatives at the 0.01 and 0.05 statistically significant level respectively. Finally, the level of education, the average monthly income, the number of household members and cooperative knowledge were not related to the participation of members in the cooperative business at the 0.05 statistically significant level.
