Abstract: การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการยืม-คืนครุภัณฑ์ กรณีศึกษา ศูนย์บริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการพัฒนาระบบแบบ SDLC ภาษาในการพัฒนาระบบ C# บนเทคโนโลยี .Net core 3.1 ในการพัฒนาฝั่ง Back-End ทำหน้าที่ในการจัดการระบบฐานข้อมูลและ Vue.js ในการพัฒนาฝั่ง Front-End ทำหน้าที่ในการติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งาน หลังจากที่ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศ ผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการทดสอบระบบและใช้งานโดยผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ บุคลากรในศูนย์บริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมต่อระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.32) ระบบมีความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.38) ระบบมีความถูกต้องในการทำงาน ระบบมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ระบบช่วยลดเวลาในการทำงาน และระบบสามารถลดขั้นตอนในการทำงาน(ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.32) และระบบมีความสามารถตรงตามความต้องการผู้ใช้งาน (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.28) จากผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า การใช้งานระบบมีการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการยืม-คืน ครุภัณฑ์ สามารถทราบสถานะของการยืม-คืน ครุภัณฑ์ และรายงานการยืมคืน ในรูปแบบของข้อมูลที่จะนำไปวิเคราะห์หรือนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ และลดปริมาณการใช้กระดาษ

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop an information system for the notification of borrowed assets in a case study of the Center for Information Technology and Communication Services (CITCOMs) at the University of Payao. This system has implemented the SDLC development process, which was developed in the C# language based on .Net Core 3.1 technology for the back-end development for managing the database, and Vue.js was used for developing the front end. After analyzing and designing information systems and using them by users of this system in CITCOMs, Overall, satisfaction with the developed system was at a high level (mean 4.32), the system is easy to use (average 4.38), the system is accurate in operation, the system is stable and safe to operate, the system reduces the working time and the workflow (average 4.32), and the system has the ability to meet the needs of users (average 4.28). Moreover, from these research results, it can be concluded that the use of the system has increased the efficiency of the process of borrowing and returning assets by allowing it to know and report the status of borrowing and returning assets in the form of information that will be analyzed or utilized and reducing the term of the used paper.
