Abstract: การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขของการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการทางทันตกรรม ที่ส่งผลต่อผลการเรียนในบางประการซึ่งรูปแบบงานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ การเก็บข้อมูลและสำรวจด้วยวิธีการสอบถามโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการระดมความคิดถึงปัญหา อุปสรรคที่พบในการเรียนการสอน รวมไปถึงวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาและช่วยกันหาทางออกที่เหมาะสมให้กับปัญหาที่พบในแต่ละปัญหาของรายวิชาปฏิบัติการทางทันตกรรม ชั้นปีที่ 3-6 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จากการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาที่สำคัญในการเรียนการสอนที่นำมาสู่การจัดรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมนี้ คือ วัสดุสิ้นเปลืองในการเรียนไม่เพียงพอและเวลาในการเรียนไม่เหมาะสม แต่ทั้งนั้นถึงจะพบปัญหาดังที่กล่าวมา โดยจากการวิเคราะห์จุดแข็งจุดอ่อน (SWOT ANALYSIS) พบว่า จุดแข็งของกิจกรรมเหล่านี้ คือ อุปกรณ์ค่อนข้างทันสมัยและครบถ้วนเพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน เจ้าหน้าที่ทำงานรวดเร็ว สามารถช่วยเหลือและให้คำปรึกษาได้รวดเร็ว และอำนวยความสะดวกได้ดี มี locker ให้เก็บของ มีสื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัย ส่วนแนวทางการแก้ไขการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการทางทันตกรรมประกอบด้วย การสำรวจการใช้วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ในการทำปฏิบัติการให้เพียงพอกับจำนวนนิสิต ควรมีแนวทางในการเบิกเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ในกรณีเร่งด่วน ควรมีการชี้แจงรายละเอียดของแต่ละปฏิบัติการอย่างครบถ้วน เน้นในเรื่องที่ควรต้องรู้ อย่างชัดเจน พิจารณาการจัดหาวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองให้เพียงพอต่อการฝึกฝนและการทำงาน รายวิชาที่มีผู้สอนน้อยควรเพิ่มจำนวนผู้สอนให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนิสิต ควรมีการจัดสรรเวลาในการเรียนปฏิบัติการให้มีความเหมาะสม พิจารณาเพิ่มเวลาใช้งานห้องปฏิบัติการเนื่องจากบางรายวิชาต้องใช้เวลาในการปฏิบัติงานค่อนข้างมาก กำหนดตารางเรียนและการส่งงานให้เหมาะสม ควรมีมาตรฐานในการตรวจงานโดยยึดจากคู่มือปฏิบัติการเป็นหลักพื้นฐานผู้ดูแลควรปรับปรุงแก้เอกสารการสอนปฏิบัติการให้ถูกต้องเป็นปัจจุบันและเข้าใจไปในทิศทาง ควรมีการทำสื่อการสอนเป็นคลิปวิดีโอเพื่อแนะนำและเป็นแนวทางให้แก่นิสิต

Abstract: This study aims to study the problems and solutions of teaching and learning in dental practice. This research was a qualitative research method, including data collection and survey by means of questionnaires and problem brainstorming. obstacles encountered in teaching and learning Including how to solve problems and help each other find suitable solutions to problems encountered in each problem of the 3rd-6th year dental practice course in the second semester of the academic year 2022. According to the research, it was found that important problems in Instructions that lead to proper formatting are: Inadequate study materials and inappropriate study time but in spite of encountering the aforementioned problems. From the analysis of strengths and weaknesses (SWOT ANALYSIS), it was found that the strengths of these activities are. The equipment is quite modern and complete enough to use. Staff work fast Able to help and give advice quickly and convenient. There is a locker to store your stuff. There are modern teaching materials. The guidelines for revising teaching and learning in dental practice subjects consist of: Exploring the use of materials and equipment for the operation to be sufficient for the number of students. There should be guidelines for picking up tools or equipment in case of urgency. The details of each operation should be fully explained. Focus on what you need to know clearly. Consider supplying consumables that are sufficient for training and work. Courses with few instructors should increase the number of instructors sufficient for the number of students. There should be appropriate time allocation for practical learning. Consider increasing the time used in the laboratory since the course requires quite a lot of time to perform the work set the appropriate study schedule and assignments. There should be a standard for inspection based on the operating manual as the basis. The supervisor should improve the operating instruction documents to be correct, up-to-date and understand in the direction. There should be teaching materials in the form of video clips to introduce and guide students
