Abstract: วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักอิทธิบาท 4 2) เพื่อศึกษาการใช้อิทธิบาท 4 เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 10 มกราคม 1979 จังหวัดเสียมเรียบ ประเทศกัมพูชา และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณค่าการใช้อิทธิบาท 4 เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน วิทยานิพนธ์นี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาจาก พระไตรปิฎก อรรถกถา ตำรา เอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ นำมาวิเคราะห์จัดระบบหมวดหมู่แล้วสรุปผลการวิจัยนำเสนอแบบเชิงพรรณา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หลักอิทธิบาท 4 คือ หลักธรรมที่เป็นบันไดแห่งความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติกิจทุกอย่างประกอบด้วย ฉันทะ คือ ความพอใจในเรื่องที่เราจะทำ วิริยะ คือ ความเพียรไม่ท้อถอยในการประกอบกิจนั้น ๆ จิตตะ คือ เอาใจใส่ไม่ทอดทิ้งธุระในเรื่องนั้น ๆ และวิมังสา คือ การใช้ปัญญาพิจารณาตรวจตราหาเหตุผล และตรวจสอบหาข้อยิ่งหย่อนเกินเลยบกพร่องหรือขัดข้องในกิจที่ทำ 2. การใช้อิทธิบาท 4 เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 10 มกราคม 1979 จังหวัดเสียมเรียบ ประเทศกัมพูชา เป็นการจัดการหลักอิทธิบาท 4 เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโดยใช้วิธีการ สุ จิ ปุ ลิ และจัดกิจกรรมให้นักเรียนมีความเจริญงอกงามในด้านพุทธิพิสัย เจตพิสัย และทักษะพิสัยและนำไปปรับใช้ในการดำรงชีวิตประจำวัน 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์คุณค่าการใช้อิทธิบาท 4 เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 10 มกราคม 1979 จังหวัดเสียมเรียบ ประเทศกัมพูชา มี 3 ด้าน คือ 1) คุณค่าด้านการเรียนรู้ที่สูงขึ้น 2) คุณค่าด้านความเป็นเลิศด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียน และ 3) คุณค่าด้านการนำหลักธรรมไปบูรณาการในการเรียนรู้

Abstract: The objectives of this thesis were as follows 1) to study the using iddhipãda 4, 2) to study the using iddhipãda 4 for developing learning quality of student, 10 january 1979 high school, siemreap province, the kingdom of cambodia, and 3) to analyze the value of using iddhipãda 4 for developing learning quality of student, 10 january 1979 high school, siemreap province, The Kingdom of Cambodia. The thesis was the documentary qualitative research works focused on documentaries, studies mainly on the tipitaka, relating documentaries and relevant researches together with the interviews of the related experts. All of the data were then analyzed by content analysis, classified into system, concluded and presented in descriptive analysis The results of research were found as follows: 1. Using Iddhipãda 4 for the principle that can be applied in many different fields such as teaching and learning dharma practice working or iddhipãda 4. there are virtues: satisfaction, love in that. persistence is perseverance in that. Chitta is attention to that and focus is on the focus of that reason. 2. Using Iddhipãda 4 for developing learning quality of student, 10 January 1979 high school, siemreap province, the kingdom of cambodia. Found that to improve the learning quality of students by using the Su Ji Pu Li method and to organize activities for students to thrive in cognitive, traits, and physical skills and apply them to their daily life. 3. The results of the analysis of the Using Iddhipãda 4 for developing learning quality of student, 10 January 1979 high school, siemreap province, the kingdom of cambodia. to three for 1) higher learning value 2) school academic excellence value and 3) Integration of principles in learning.
