Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็น และ 2) เสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนสุขภาวะสำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 จำนวน 260 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามส่วนผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนีความสา คัญของลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodifide) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนสุขภาวะสำหรับสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.07, S.D.=.99) และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการดำเนินโรงเรียน สุขภาวะ สำหรับ สถานศึกษา ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x̅=4.73, S.D.=. 5 8 ) ส่วนความต้องการจำเป็นของการดำเนินโรงเรียนสุขภาวะ สำหรับสถานศึกษาที่มีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด คือ ด้านผู้เรียนเป็นสุขและด้านครอบครัวเป็นสุข (PNImodified=.159) รองลงมา คือ ด้านชุมชนเป็นสุข (PNImodified=.156) ด้านโรงเรียนเป็นสุข (PNImodified=.125) และด้านสภาพแวดล้อมเป็นสุข (PNImodified=.097) ตามลำดับ และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมโรงเรียน สุขภาวะสำหรับสถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 54 แนวทาง

Abstract: The objectives of this study were 1) to investigate the current conditions, desirable conditions and needs, and 2) to propose guidelines for the promotion of healthy schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1. The samples in this study included 260 teachers and educational personnel in large schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1. The data were collected from these samples using a questionnaire. In addition, the semi-structured interview was conducted with three informants who were experts in the field. The statistics used in the data analysis comprise percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Priority Needs Index (PNImodifide). The results of the analysis showed that 1) the current conditions of the healthy school operation were in an excellent level (=4.07, S.D.=.99), and the desirable conditions of the healthy school operation were in the highest level (=4.73, S.D.=.58), and the needs of the healthy school included the aspect of happiness of students and families (PNImodifide=.159), followed by the aspect of happiness of the society ( PNImodifide=.156), the aspect of the happiness of the school (PNImodifide=.125), and the aspect of good environment (PNImodifide=.097), respectively. 2) According to the guidelines for the promotion of healthy schools, it was found that there were 54 guidelines
