Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the current condition, desirable condition, needs, and to propose the guidelines for digital leadership development of teachers at a private school in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This study employed descriptive research methodology. The sample is 97 private school teachers in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The research tool is a questionnaire with 5-point rating scales. Statistics used to analyze the data include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Priority Needs Index Modified (PNImodified) and semi-structured interviews with 4 experts analyzed through content analysis.
The results revealed that 1) the overall current condition of digital leadership
development of teachers is at a high level. The overall desirable condition of teacher digital leadership development with the highest average at the highest level is cooperation aspect, while the highest need is digital vision aspect with Priority Needs Index Modified (PNImodified) of 0.258. 2) The guidelines for digital leadership development of the teachers at a private school in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province comprise 4 aspects with 28 the development guidelines including 1) digital vision with 7 development guidelines, 2) digital literacy with 7 development guidelines, 3)
communication with 8 development guidelines, and 4) cooperation with 6 development guidelines
