Abstract:
The research studied the users satisfaction of the services provided by Institute of Computer and Information Technology, KMUTNB, Bangkok campus. In this work, three study groups were of interest, i.e., academic personnel, academic support personnel, and student. Specifically, three focus aspects related to the services, which are service system, service process, and service staff. were applied in the questionnaire. The study covered the four service areas (main network system, wireless network system, information system, and computer service room) and utilized two types of questionnaire (closed-ended and open-ended) to collect data from all sampling groups.
As a result, 1,082 samples in total (979 students, 76 academic support personnel, and 27 academic personnel) were collected. The users satisfaction for each service and aspect was evaluated and analyzed in details. The users satisfaction score in average was 3.31 (medium level). Finally, this research addressed discussion and suggestion to improve the service quality of ICIT.
