Abstract:
The purpose of this research the objective of this study was to study the conditions of development and potential development problems of lecturers and personnel of the Faculty of Dentistry. To create a system and mechanism for administration, promotion and development of Faculty of Dentistry personnel and to assess plans for administration, promotion and development of Faculty of Dentistry personnel. and bring the evaluation results to improve The tool used to collect data was an open-ended questionnaire. and a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. Data analysis and statistical methods used these were percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and using F- test or One Way Analysis of Variance: One way ANOVA. The results showed that Opinions on personnel development guidelines Faculty of Dentistry University of Phayao Overall, it was at a good level (μ= 3.61, S.D = 0.95). Faculty of Dentistry found that Different sexes had the same mean level of opinion towards personnel development guidelines in the Faculty of Dentistry (F=1.622). As for personnel with different educational levels, they had different mean levels of opinions (F=5.388). The results of the research were concluded at a significance level of 0.05. and assigned tasks Acknowledgment of problems and needs for development from personnel and guidelines for problem solving and development guidelines need to be revised. Because the opinions are in the moderate level. It shows that it is appropriate to have guidelines for the preparation of personnel development plans that can be obtained from the opinions in various aspects of personnel in the Faculty. including manpower management to perform tasks as assigned according to the workload of personnel It is also a guideline for the preparation of human resource development plans that will be prepared in the following year. Personnel development plans should be summarized and assessed every year. because it can confirm that the personnel development plan of the Faculty effective.
