Development of Academic Affairs Administration Strategies for Education Quality Improvement of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division, under National Office of Buddhism Group 10
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current conditions, desirable conditions, and necessities for academic affair administration to improve the quality of education of Phrapariyattidhamma school, General Education Division, under the National Office of Buddhism Group 10 2) to develop academic affair administration strategies to improve the quality of education of Phrapariyattidhamma school, General Education Division, and 3) to assess academic administration strategies to improve the quality of education of Phrapariyattidhamma school, General Education Department. The sample group used in the research consisted of 160 of administrators and teachers. The tool used was a 5-point estimation scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.80-1.00 with a confidence value of .98. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the need prioritization technique was necessary PNI modified. The results show that: 1) The current conditions of academic affair administration to improve the quality of education. Overall level was moderate. The aspect with the highest average value was teaching and learning management in educational institutions, followed by curriculum development of educational institutions. The aspect with the lowest mean was evaluation, the desirable condition overall, it was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was teaching and learning management in educational institutions, followed by the development of the curriculum of educational institutes. The aspect with the lowest average was the development and use of technological media for education and the necessities must be develop first was evaluation, followed by the curriculum development of educational institutions, educational quality assurance, teaching and learning management in educational institutions, development and use of technological media for education. 2) Strategies for academic affair administration to enhance the quality of education Strategy 1: Evaluation, Strategy, 2: Educational Institutions Curriculum Development, Strategy 3: Educational Quality Assurance, Strategy 4: Teaching and Learning in Educational Institutions, Strategy 5: Development and use of technology media for education. 3) Suitability assessment, possibility were at a high level in every strategy can be used to improve the quality of academic work effectively.
