Abstract:
Let ρ = β + iγ and ρ ′ = β ′ + iγ′ denote the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta-function ζ(s) with γ, γ′ > 0. Let θ be a non-negative real number and σ ∈ [1/2, 1). In this thesis, the relative value distribution of two Dirichlet L-functions L(s, χ1) and L(s, χ2) associated with the primitive characters χ1 and χ2 to different prime moduli at s = σ + i(γ + θ) and s = σ + i(γ + γ ′ ), respectively, are investigated. Moreover, the asymptotic formula of the discrete mean square of the Riemann zeta-function over the sum of two imaginary parts of its zeros is derived.
