The Relationship Between Leadership Over Superleader of School Administrators and Teachers Motivation in Operation in Prakhonchai School Group 6 under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were 1) to study the relationship between Leadership over Leadership of School Administrators and Teachers Motivation in operation in Prakhonchai 6 school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) to find the relationship between leadership over leadership of School administrators and teachers motivation in operation in Prakhonchai 6 school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. And 3) to study recommendations on leadership development of leadership over leadership of school administrators and teachers motivation in operation in Prakhonchai 6 School under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The target group consisted of 114 teachers. The research tool was a 5- point scaled questionnaire with an IOC between 0.67 1.00 with a reliability of 0.93. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient Statistics. The results found that: 1) The relationship between Leadership over leadership of school administrators in Prakhonchai 6 school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall, it was at a high level. In part of motivation for the teacher's operations overall, it was at a high level. 2) The relationship between leadership over leadership of school administrators and teachers motivation in operation in Prakhonchai 6 School under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall, the correlation was (r) 0.746 with statistical significance at the .01 level. 3) Recommendations for the relationship between leadership over leadership of school administrators and teachers motivation in operation in Prakhonchai 6 School under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that administrators should adhere to the principle of correctness according to the rules and regulations, motivate teachers and personnel, create a relationship, love, unity, harmony. and understanding.
