The Implementation of Student Care and Support Systems Using Digital Technology of School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology and 2) to find guidelines for developing the implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen. The target group was teachers who are responsible for the student care and support system, totaling 84 persons, through purposive selection. The instruments using for this research were the 5 rating scales questionnaires with the confidence of 0.98. Statistics that analyze the data include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings revealed as follows: 1.The implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen overall and every aspect is at a high level. 2. Guidelines for developing the implementation of student care and support systems using digital technology found that 1) Knowing students individually, use the application to help collect student information. 2)Student screening, use an application to help filter Separate student groups. 3)Promoting and developing students, use online social networks to promote activities. 4) Preventing and solving problems, provide consultation through online channels. and 5) Student referrals, the system forwards information to a network of experts.
