The Nexus among Organizational Justice, Job Performance, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Loyalty in S Company of the Museum Exhibition Industry
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to examine the influence of organizational justice, job performance, and job satisfaction on employees' job performance in S Company's museum exhibition industry, and 2) to explore the mediating roles of job performance and job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational justice and employee loyalty at S Company. A quantitative approach was utilized, employing a questionnaire-based survey method. Simple random sampling was employed to collect data from 185 participants. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation modeling were utilized to analyze the data. The findings revealed that: 1) organizational justice positively influenced job performance, with a statistically significant p-value of less than 5% indicating that fair treatment enhances job performance. Additionally, organizational justice positively impacted job satisfaction, also with a p-value of less than 5%, suggesting that fairness leads to higher job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational justice, job performance, and job satisfaction collectively positively influenced employee loyalty, as evidenced by a p-value of less than 5%, highlighting their crucial role in fostering loyalty among employees; 2) job performance and job satisfaction were found to serve as mediators in the relationship between organizational justice and employee loyalty, with a p-value of less than 5%, indicating their significant. positive impact on organizational justice and employee loyalty in 5 Company's museum industry in China. The research underscores that organizational justice enhances job performance and job satisfaction, thereby boosting employee loyalty at 5 Company in China's museum industry. Job performance and satisfaction also act as mediators in the relationship between organizational justice and loyalty. This emphasizes the importance of fair treatment in cultivating a loyal and high-performing workforce
