The sample group was a total of 224 school administrators and teachers under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 3. The research instrument used for data collection was the five-level rating scale questionnaire with reliability of 0.975. According to school administrators and teachers with different positions, the good-governance-based administration on transparency of the Buddhist-oriented school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 3 was found to be different at a statistically significant level of 0.05. However, the other factors of the good-governance-based administration of the administrators were found not to be different. 2. For school administrators and teachers with the different age, the good-governance-based administration of the administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 3 was found not to be different. 3. For school administrators and teachers with the different work experiences, the good-governance-based administration of the administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 3 was found not to be different.
