Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู และ 3) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนจำนวน 500 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสอบถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (CVI) ตั้งแต่ 0.70 - 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .976 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis : EFA) และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis : CFA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ผลจากการศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 5 องค์ประกอบ และองค์ประกอบย่อย 16 องค์ประกอบ โดยองค์ประกอบหลักที่ 1 ความยุติธรรม (Fairness) มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 2 ความไว้วางใจ (Trust) มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อยองค์ประกอบหลักที่ 3 ความซื่อสัตย์ (Integrity) มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 4 ความเคารพ (Respect) มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย และองค์ประกอบหลักที่ 5 ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibility) มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2)ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู พบว่า องค์ประกอบย่อย จำนวน 16 องค์ประกอบ มีค่าน้ำหนักผ่านเกณฑ์ทุกองค์ประกอบ โดยมีค่าน้ำหนักตั้งแต่ 0.29 - 0.44 3)ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นองค์ ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค - สแควร์ ( ) เท่ากับ 61.83 ค่าองศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 52 ค่า P - value เท่ากับ 0.16504 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.98 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.96 ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเชิงเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของส่วนที่เหลือมาตรฐาน (SRMR) เท่ากับ 0.02 และค่าดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของการประมาณค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.02

Abstract: The objectives of the research were (1) to study the components of ethical leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu, (2) to analyze the components of ethical leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu, and (3) to examine the consistency of the component model of ethical leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu. The sample group was a total of 500 school administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu. The research instrument used for data collection was the five-level rating scale questionnaire with the content validity indices (CVI) between 0.70-1.00 and the reliability of 0.976. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The research results were as follows: 1. Apart from the study, the ethical leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu comprised five main components and sixteen sub-components. The first main component was fairness with three sub-components, the second was trust with three sub-components, the third was integrity with four sub-components, the fourth was respect with three sub-components, and the fifth was responsibility with three sub-components. 2.The analysis of the ethical leadership components of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu revealed that all the sixteen sub-components had their factor loading from 0.29 to 0.44, and met with the given criteria. 3.The structural equation model of ethical leadership components of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lamphu was consistent with the empirical data with Chi-Square (χ2) = 61.83, the degree of freedom (df) = 52, the P-value = 0.16504, the goodness of fit index (GFI) = 0.98, the adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) = 0.96, the comparative fit index (CFI) = 1.00, the Standard Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0.02, and the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) 0.02.
