Abstract:
The objectives of this minor thesis were to 1) study the level of school administration through the Six Saraniyadhamma of school administrators, 2) compare the level of school administration through the Six Saraniyadhamma of school administrators varied by positions, experiences, and school sizes, and 3) propose the guidelines for school administration through the Six Saraniyadhamma of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 193 participants of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research tool for the data collection was developed by the reviews of documents and research reports, used to inquire about school administration through the Six Saraniyadhamma of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The data analysis and statistics used in the study were conducted by computer software (SPSS for Windows). The research showed the following results: 1) The school administration through the Six Saraniyadhamma of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 overall was at the highest level. 2) The comparison of school administration through the Six Saraniyadhamma of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 varied by positions, experiences, and school sizes found no difference. 3) The guidelines for school administration through the Six Saraniyadhamma of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were to promote moral and ethical development, especially the implementation of the Six Saraniyadhamma for school administration to willingly assist businesses of colleagues; showing polite behavior, respecting each other both to face and behind back, increasing love and unity, and working together as a team to increase the efficiency of work better.
