Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำในยุคปกติถัดไปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำในยุคปกติถัดไปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และการปฏิบัติงานตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 105 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ภาวะผู้นำในยุคปกติถัดไปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.86) หากพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ( =4.89) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ( = 4.87) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ( =4.86) ด้านการใช้นวัตกรรม ( =4.85) และด้านผู้นำแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลง ( =4.84) และ2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำในยุคปกติถัดไปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และการปฏิบัติงานตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to; 1) to study the level of situational leadership of the next normal of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) to compare the Situational leadership of the next normal of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, work experience and school size. The researcher collected the data from administrators totaling 105 persons by the questionnaire and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The findings were as follows; 1) The leadership of the next normal of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 could be discussed results classified by different level that the overall was at the highest level (X ̅ = 4.86). While considering in each aspect, it was found that the highest level was 1. Inspiration (X ̅ = 4.89), 2. Teamwork (X ̅ = 4.87), 3. Achievement- Vision (X ̅= 4.86), 4. Innovation (X ̅ = 4.85) and 5.Transformational Leadership (X ̅ = 4.84) 2) The comparison of the leadership of the next normal of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, work experience and school size found that the school administrators were in the different gender, and school size were not statistically significantly different. with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
