A structural equation model of the instructional leadership of school administrators in the 21th century affecting to the efficiency of academic administration of educational opportunity extension schools under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
Abstract:
The main objective of this research was to develop and examine the consistency of the structural equation model of the efficiency of academic administration of educational opportunity extension schools under Chonburi primary educational service area office 1 from the instructional leadership of school administrators in the 21st century. The sample group of 224 people consisting of school administrators and teachers of educational opportunity extension schools under Chonburi primary educational service area office 1 was determined by the Krejcie and Morgans Chart and multi-stage sampling determination. The tool used in the research was 61 items of a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the index of item-objective congruence between 0.6 to 1.00, the index of discrimination between 0.592 to 0.838, and the index of reliability of 0.987. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analysis of the structural equation modeling. The research results were as follows: 1) the instructional leadership of school administrators in the 21st century of educational opportunity extension schools under Chonburi primary educational service area office 1 was at the high level (mean = 4.41 and SD = 0.55) 2) the efficiency of academic administration of educational opportunity extension schools under Chonburi primary educational service area office 1 was at the high level (mean = 4.41 and SD = 0.53) 3) the structural equation model of the efficiency of academic administration of educational opportunity extension schools under Chonburi primary educational service area office 1 from the instructional leadership of school administrators in the 21st century was consistent with the empirical data as Chi-square = 49.027, df = 38, p = 0.108, Chi-square/df = 1.29, SRMR = 0.01, RMSEA = 0.03, CFI = 0.99, TLI = 0.99, GFI = 0.99, and AGFI = 0.99.
