Abstract:
The purposes of this research were; 1) to develop an development of blended instruction to encourage logical thinking skills for grade 6 students to meet the E1/ E2 of 75/ 75 criteria, and 2) to assess skills of logical thinking after learning with the designing and writing programs simply. The population consisted of 20 students in grade 6 at Wat Pluakket School, Rayong province which was using the entire sample as the population group. The research instruments were include learning management plan, formative and summative assessment test, and logical thinking achievement test skill assessment. The statistics used for the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and E1/ E2. The results were that; 1. The blended instruction management model with the development of blended instruction to encourage logical thinking skills for grade 6 studentswith the efficiency of 81.88/ 83.17. 2. The logical thinking skills of grade 6 students in designing and writing simple programs after using the blended teaching method showed that 7 students had a logical thinking skill score at level 3, indicating a high or good level of logical thinking skills. Meanwhile, 13 students had a logical thinking skill score at level 2, indicating a moderate or passing level of logical thinking skills.
