Situational Leadership of School Administrators in the Circumstances of the Coronavirus 2019 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lum Phu
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to; 1) to study the level of situational leadership of school administrators in the circumstances of the Coronavirus 2019 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lum Phu, 2) to compare the Situational Leadership of School Administrators in the Circumstances of the Coronavirus 2019 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei and Nong Bua Lum Phu. The researcher collected the data from administrators totaling 125 persons by the questionnaire and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The findings were as follows; 1) The situational leadership of school administrators in the circumstances of the Coronavirus 2019 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lum Phu could be discussed results classified by different level that the overall was at the highest level mean ( = 4.57). While considering in each aspect, it was found that the highest mean level was Participative Leadership ( = 4.72), Delegation Leadership ( = 4.59), Achievement-Oriented Leadership ( = 4.58), Selling Leadership ( = 4.57) and Directive Leadership ( = 4.40) respectively 2) The comparison of the situational leadership of school administrators in the circumstances of the Coronavirus 2019 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lum Phu classified by gender, age, work experience and school size found that the school administrators were in the different gender, age and school size were statistically significantly different at .05. However, the school administrators were in the different work experience was not statistically significantly different.
