Abstract: วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่นำมาศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 244 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า T-test และค่า F-test โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้สูงอายุมีความคิดเห็นต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้สูงอายุต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความคิดเห็นต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3. ข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งชมพู อำเภอภูเวียง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ได้แก่ ควรกำหนดกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ ควรให้ผู้สูงอายุมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตมากขึ้น ควรมีกิจกรรมที่ศักยภาพของผู้สูงอายุให้มากขึ้น

Abstract: The objectives of this thesis were as follows: 1) to study the level of community participation in improving the quality of life of the elderly in Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province according to Brahmawihara 4 2) to compare the level of community participation in improving the quality of life of the elderly in the Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province according to Brahmawihara 4, classified by sex, age, education level, occupation and average monthly income, and 3) to study recommendations on community participation in improving the quality of life of the elderly in Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province according to Brahmawihara 4. The samples included in the study were 244elderly people in Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province. The questionnaire was as a tool to collect data, which used in the data analysis for the statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and F-test, with statistical significance at .05 level. The results showed that 1. The elderly had an opinion on the community participation in improving the quality of life of the elderly in the Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province according to the Brahmawihara 4 in general, it was at a high level in all aspects. 2. To compare the opinions of the elderly towards community participation in the development of the elderly's quality of life in Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province according to Brahmawihara 4 which classified by personal factors such as sex, age, education level, occupation and average monthly income was different according to the hypothesis. It was found that the elderly had opinions on the participation of the community in improving the quality of life of the elderly in the Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province according to Brahmawihara 4 which classified by personal factors such as sex, age, education level, occupation and average monthly income, they were significantly different at the 0.05 level. 3. Recommendations for community participation in improving the quality of life for the elderly in Thung Chompoo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province according to the Brahmawihara 4, activities should be set according to the needs of the elderly. The elderly should be encouraged to participate in activities to improve the quality of life more. There should be more activities at the potential of the elderly.
