Academic Administration Affecting Success of Proactive Learning Management of Teachers in Schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3
Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the academic administration that affected the success of proactive learning management of teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The participants consisted of 324 school administrators and teachers under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, who were selected using stratified sampling in academic year 2021, The instruments used in data collection included a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, which the part of academic administration indicated content validity index ranged from 0.80 to 1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.43 and 0.70, and reliability index was at 0.95. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and predictive power analysis using stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The study revealed that,
1. The level of academic administration was at the highest level.
2. The success of proactive learning management was at the highest level.
3. The relationship between academic administration and the level of
success in proactive learning management of teachers in schools was positively correlated
at high level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
4. The academic administration in educational media development, innovation, and technology, curriculum development, research and development, and learning resource development that predicted the success of proactive learning management of teachers in schools with statistical significance at .01, with factors predict at 61.40% and adjusted coefficient of determination at .431 and standard error of estimate of .185.
The predictive equation written in raw scores:
Y = 1.936 + .346(X4 )+ .156(X2 )+ .218X6 + .123(X7)
The predictive equation written in standardized scores:
Zy = .419(Z4 )+ .212(Z2 )+ .323(Z6 )+ .210(Z7)
5. The guidelines for developing academic administration that affects the success of proactive learning management of teachers in schools included four aspects, namely 1) curriculum development, 2) development of educational media, innovation, and technology, 3) research and development, and 4) development of learning resources.
