Elements of Personnel Administration Based on the Four Sublime States of Mind of Administrators in Schools under Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education In Roi Et Province
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were 1) to study the indicators and elements of personnel administration based on the four sublime states of mind of administrators in schools under Roi Et Informal and Non-formal Education Promotion Office 2) to examine structural validity and structural confidence of the indicators and elements and 3) to confirm the elements of personnel administration based on the four sublime states of mind of administrators in schools under Roi Et Informal and Non-formal Education Promotion Office. Samples were the administrators, teachers and educational supporters, totally 402 in number by choosing a proportion stratified sampling. The five-rating scale questionnaire was used as a tool collect the data, with its content validity in the rang 0.67-1.00, its item classification power in rang 0.458 - 0.913, and its reliability at 0.984. The statistical devices used for data analysis consisted of frequency, mean, standard deviation, and the consistency and appropria-teness of the measurement model by the confirmatory factor analysis: CFA. The research result were as follows: 1)Indicators and elements of personnel administration based on the four sublime states of mind of administrators in schools under Roi Et Informal and Non-formal Education Promotion Office in an overall aspect to exist at the MUCH level. That stood on the top of scale was Creating morale in work followed by that personnel performance evaluation, personnel development, personnel planning, setting personnel to work and maintain personnel. 2)The results of structural validity examination and structural confidence of the indicators and elements of personnel administration based on the four sublime states of mind of administrators in school were 6 elements and 60 Indicators, the statistical significance at the .01 level. The component weight value (λ) the elements that stood on the top of the scale was creating morale in work (λ = 0.776) followed by that followed by that personnel performance evaluation (λ = 0.731), personnel development (λ = 0.668), personnel planning (λ = 0.642), setting personnel to work (λ = 0.572), and maintain personnel (λ=0.562), respectively, results Confirm the personnel management components according to the four sublime states of mindof administrators in schools under Roi Et Informal and Non-formal Education Promotion Office. The model has Construct validity based on χ2 = 16.441, df = 9, p-value = 0.125, CFI = 0.965, TLI = 0.960, SRMR = 0.030, RMSEA = 0.003, χ2 / df = 1.827, and construct reliability: CR equals 0.985, which is greater than 0.60, indicating that the model is consistent and suitable for empirical data.
