Abstract:
This study was a secondary data analysis from the survey of work happiness of personnel working at Yasothon Hospital in fiscal year 2022, between December 2021 and February 2022. The aim of study was to study factors related to the happiness of personnel working in Yasothon Hospital. The sample consisted of 290 people. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. Chi-square statistics Kramer V statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient statistics were used for analysis correlation (95% confidence interval).The results found that most sample were female (73.10 %), an average age was 39 years. Marital status was 58.62%, work in services was 68.62 % that were at the operational level 88.97 %. Organizational commitment was 83.79% and work-life balance was 54.83%. There was low correlation between age and personnel happiness (2=6.80; pvalue=.033, =0.15), organizational commitment was positive with personnel happiness at a moderate level (r=0.66, 95%CI:0.59-0.72; pvalue<.001). The work-life balance was a positive relationship with personnel happiness at a low level (r=0.21, 95%CI: 0.10-0.32; pvalue<.001). The research results can be used for planning to develop personnel satisfaction of with their own lives. Strengthen loyalty to the organization.
