Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาความต้องการระบบเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศเข้าห้องสมุด 2) พัฒนาระบบเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของการใช้ระบบเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ประชากรคือ อาจารย์ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี จักรีรัช จำนวน 35 คน ในการตอบแบบสอบถามความต้องการ และการตอบแบบระเมินความพึงพอใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการ 2)ระบบเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศโดยใช้รูปแบบ SDLC โปรแกรม MySQL เป็นฐานข้อมูลในการจัดเก็บของระบบ เขียนชุดคำสั่งด้วยภาษา PHP เพื่อให้การใช้งานระบบเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจระบบเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระยะที่1 ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับระบบการเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี จักรีรัช พบว่าระดับความต้องการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ระยะที่2 พัฒนาระบบการศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับระบบการเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี จักรีรัช สามารถสรุปผลการพัฒนาได้ดังนี้ 2.1) มีระบบการเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ของห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี จักรีรัช 2.2) ระบบสามารถกำหนดสิทธิให้ผู้ใช้แต่ละกลุ่มได้ 2.3) ระบบมีการจัดการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ของห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี จักรีรัช 2.4) มีข้อมูลทรัพยากรสารสนเทศเพื่อการให้ผู้เสนอซื้อได้ทำการคัดเลือกเข้าห้องสมุด 2.5) จัดทำคู่มือการการใช้งานให้แก่ผู้เสนอซื้อ ระยะที่3 ประเมินความพึงพอใจของระบบการเสนอซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract: This research Intended to 1) To study the need for a system to purchase information resources to the library 2) To develop a system for purchasing information resources The population is a teacher of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chakriraj, in the number of respondents. And satisfying responses The tools used in this research consisted of 1) demand questionnaire 2) System for purchasing information resources using SDLC format, MySQL program Is a database for storing the system Write a set of instructions using PHP language to enable efficient use of the system. 3) Satisfaction assessment system for purchasing information resources. The results of the research showed that Phase 1 studied the needs of users regarding the information resource purchase system, Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chakri Rat College. It was found that the overall level of needs was at the highest level. User needs regarding the information acquisition system Boromarajonani College of Nursing Chakri Rat College Library can summarize the development results as follows. 2.1) There is a system to offer information resources. Of the Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chakri Rat College 2.2) The system can assign rights to each group of users. 2.3) The system has information resources management. Of the Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chakri Rachakit College 2.4) Information resources for the bidder to be selected into the library Offer to buy information resources At the highest level.
